Single storey villa located 500m from the beach, with stunning sea views. Enjoy a bright ventilated living room overlooking the covered terrace which extends with the secure infinity pool and its travertine beach. You will be able to effectively protect yourself from the sun thanks to the electric blinds, part of which covers the swimming pool if necessary (young children, fragile skin) to enjoy the refreshment of swimming without risk. You will enjoy in the swimming pool a staircase and an integrated bench.
The Kitchen is equipped and faces the sea.
3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms each including a sink, shower, WC, + 1 extra single bedroom. All rooms are air conditioned and ventilated. Overflowing swimming pool.
Sheltered private parking.

les salles de bain sont un peu vieillottes, mais le propriétaire nous a signalé que des travaux allaient être réalisés.Sinon un grand bravo pour les équipements, le linge de maison, les produits ménagers, la piscine, la situation de la villa la tranquillité, la proximité de la mer, le bon accueil de SABRINA. Nous espérerons pouvoir réserver dans deux ans.

Villa magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Belle terrasse avec sa piscine appelant à la relaxation.
Tout confort et équipé. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain.
