La casa en líneas generales está bien. Pero le tendrían que dar una vuelta al mantenimiento y a la limpieza de la misma. Tiene detalles por mejorar, limpieza del vaso de la piscina, una nevera muy pequeña para una casa grande…además tienen un vecino que se ve que no les gusta que alquilen la casa y se queja del ruido incluso cuando no hay. Nosotros fuimos con bebés de 8 meses y 1 año y a las 23:00 estábamos todos KO, pues el propietario me escribió porque el vecino se quejaba de ruidos y gritos a las 2:00 am amenazando que iba a llamar a la policía. La verdad que incompresible. Suerte a los propietarios

Alojamiento no apto para ir en familia ya que en realidad en la casa principal solo hay dos habitaciones, las otras dos estan a 150 metros de la puerta de la casa principal expuestas a cualquiera que pase por la calle ya que la casa no dispone de valla de seguridad. Ademas de ello la propietaria nos ha pasado un cargo de 150 euros por no vaciar dos pequeñas papeleras del aseo, no hacer las camas y dejar en cada habitacion las toallas usadas alegando extras en la limpieza cuando se han pagado previamente 115 euros como concepto de limpieza.Tambien tiene averias electricas en la casa con zonas a oscuras y la piscina no tiene luz.

Kommen nicht wieder

Wir haben unser gebuchtes Ferienhaus leider nicht wie in dem beschriebenen Zustand angetroffen. Die Vermieter haben auch nicht auf unsere email reagiert. die Kontaktperson hier in Spanien ist für unsere Beanstandung auch nicht zuständig und gibt es nur weiter an die Vermieter, aber es passiert nichts. die letzten 6 Tage unseres Aufenthalts gab es kein Internet mehr auch da konnte uns niemand helfen- in den Nachbarhäusern hat es überall funktioniert. Insgesamt ist das Haus und Grundstück in einem ungepflegten Zustand und die Bilder sind nicht stimmig dazu.Kaputte Stühle im Garten, ein unbewohnbares Zimmer wegen Schimmel, eine Aussendusche die diesen Namen nicht verdient, scharfkantige kaputte Fliesen an der Treppe, fehlende Beleuchtung, 2 der Schlafzimmer sind nur von aussen ereichbar und nicht integriert- als Kinderzimmer ungeeignet, alte und verdreckte Matratzen usw. Auch die Besitzer der Nachbarhäuser sind alle schon sehr genervt, da nichts aufgeräumt wird ums Haus, was wiederum vermehrt zu Mäusen und Ratten führt, konnten wir mit eigenen Augen sehen! Kontaktperson vor Ort spricht nur Spanisch oder Französisch- angegeben war auch Englisch. Wir sind äusserst verwundert wie positive Bewertungen hier ins Portal kommen können.

Casa magnífica pero OJO CON LA PROPIETARIA

Me alojé del 22 al 26 de Agosto con mis 7 amigos. A destacar: -Zona: como no lleves coche fatal. El transporte es nefasto. Casa amplia y bonita, a las calas se puede ir andando pero se tarda, a la más cercana, 45 minutos. No hay cubos de basura en los alrededores y LOS VECINOS SON LO PEOR. A las seis de la tarde ya se quejan por la música cuando hasta las diez se puede estar con música. -Propietaria y la experiencia: Nada más llegar vemos la piscina VERDE y a pesar de que tuvimos que contar con la presencia de un socorrista ajeno , se nos han descolorido los bikinis y a una compañera le han salido ronchones y heridas por la insalubridad de la piscina. La barbacoa nada más llegar está fatal, hemos tenido que comprar cebollas y limones para limpiarla un poco porque sino comes la ceniza de ocho huéspedes anteriores. La casa muy bien pero hay plagas de hormigas así que mucho cuidado con eso. No funcionan las televisiones. SOBRE LA PROPIETARIA: Experiencia fatal. Para empezar tiene la obligación de dirigirse a los huéspedes en su idioma y no lo hace en ningún momento más que una vez para quejarse de que unas personas ajenas a la casa han visto (invasión de privacidad y propiedad) que somos dos personas más (no es verdad) y que tenemos la música muy alta y van a llamar a la policía (esto a las 5-6 de la tarde). Igualmente, al finalizar el viaje nos llega una notificación de que nos quiere cobrar 300€ más por 'daños' cuando literalmente la casa está perfecta y solo nos reclama temas de limpieza cuando ESTÁN INCLUIDOS EN EL PAGO, POR VALOR DE 70€. Difama diciendo que ha tenido que intervenir la policía (mentira), nos pretende cobrar por usar unos edredones de invierno y no recogerlos (por higiene debe lavar la ropa de cama incluyendo edredones entre estancias). Se le responde, con pruebas, a todo ya que dos de nosotros somos abogados, y después de no dignarse a contestar por las acusaciones, dice que lo dejará pasar cuando ve que el intento de estafar 300€ no ha funcionado. Le preguntamos por transporte para ir a la casa y ni contesta, le preguntamos por la llave y tarda 3 HORAS en responder, el patio con hojas y bichos al llegar. La casa genial pero la propietaria echa a perder la valoración por difamar y acusar de hechos inciertos y tratar de estafarnos 300€.

Agréable séjour

La villa est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée avec les différents appartements pour chaque couple. Elle est bien située et au calme. Propriétaires très disponibles et réactifs à nos demandes. Nous recommandons cette villa pour des vacances paisibles et reposantes. Merci Marc & Sophie.

Una villa rodeada de árboles

Hemos pasado un fin de semana con la familia en la villa de Sophie muy bueno. La casa es mejor que en las fotos . La limpieza , la ubicación y el trato recibido por parte de la anfitriona han sido inmejorables. Una casa muy recomendable para visitar la zona de Moraira y Calpe. La piscina y la barbacoa hacen de la casa un lugar especial . Si estamos por la zona volveremos .

Falta invertir en mantenimiento

La parte de arriba genial, piscina muy buena pero las habitaciones no están juntas, no están comunicadas y eso con niños nos ha sido muy difícil. No lo indica el anuncio, sino lo hubiéramos pensado. La nevera no funcionaba bien y las habitaciones independientes les faltaba limpieza, telarañas y polvo. Chalet precioso, lugar precioso, pero le falta mantenimiento. Las fotos son de hace unos años.

Séjour parfait !

La villa était parfaite pour notre séjour. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant (lit bébé fourni dans la journée de notre arrivée alors que ce n'était pas prévu). Il connaît très bien la région, ce qui permet d'avoir de très bon conseils sur les coins à voir. La terrasse offre une possibilité de déjeuner face à la mer, la cuisine et le barbecue sont très fonctionnels et les chambres sont très confortables. Si nous devons retourner dans la région nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans cette villa.
