Magnificent large 7th floor end unit condo, considered the corner suite, is fully equipped with new furnishings, including barn doors, new ceilings, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new flooring and ultra modern features throughout. This condo has literally been rebuilt from the studs up with no expense spared. The Royal Kahana 720 has 180 degrees views to enjoy all aspects of what the Maui island has to offer. The Royal Kahana is conveniently located halfway between Kapalua and Kaanapali and is near all of your favorite restaurants, beaches, activities and the Shops at Whalers Village. The condo is air conditioned for your comfort with high speed secure wifi and 3 TV's for your pleasure. A heated pool, lounge chairs, BBQ and gym are also available for your use. The lobby offers morning coffee and an on site concierge service to enhance all your Maui excursions. With the ocean right outside your building it just helps top off a magnificent vacation. The master bedroom includes a plush king size bed, with private master bath and it's own private access to the lanai. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to 1 large bed upon request. We also furnish beach towels and beach chairs for you enjoyment. Due to the Royal Kahana being directly ocean front, the beach is at the influence of mother nature throughout the seasons, which will influence the appearance, size and access. There are several year round beach access points within a short walk. Also, check out our 7 night stay and longer discounts! Beginning in 2024 there will be a $18 charge per night for parking. When you check in to the reception area upon arrival, they will take care of your nightly parking charge and provide you with your parking permit.

Condo was clean and exactly as described. The building is older but overall the grounds were great. Pool was great and there were always chairs available. We enjoyed watching for turtles on the beach and playing in the water. The beach has large sand bags out but there was still plenty of room for swimming. Overall the place was great, pretty quiet, and amazing sunsets!

Memorable Anniversary Trip!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Royal Kahana. Brent was excellent host and truly made us feel welcomed with a bright note and delicious snacks on arrival! Fun beautiful HI visit for Maui Marathon

Great proximity to shops, great restaurants, breakfast nooks, famous cinnamon rolls at Papa Ohanas who also had Amazing pizzas. Beach front access was great for launching paddle boards. We found fun hilly run across the street!! Loved it! Anynissues were immediately resolved. Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond ! Highly recommend

The Royal Kahana and everything in the area has always been our favorite. We love the sleepy closeness the area has to offer, without the extreme hussle and bussle of other parts of the island.

What makes this property unique

We love this condo as it's a perfect place to unwind after the adventure filled Maui days. The views make it all worthwhile when enjoying an early breakfast or calming down at the end of the day. For you TV watchers, we try and give you plenty of options and areas to watch your favorite shows. For those of you that require the air conditioner, both sides of the condo have their own control. And for those of you that just want to get away and relax, we hope we made the condo a perfect escape for you.
