Country house Cosquer Lezaff

The country house is part of a 19th century agricultural estate, which was renovated a few years ago and equipped with modern comforts while retaining pytoresque style features (natural stone walls, fireplace, beamed ceiling exposed). Around the house is a garden with old trees and hydrangeas for rest and complete privacy. The veranda facing south invites you to linger even on the worst days.
Immediately after the door, the customer is greeted by a room with an extraordinary design, which welcomes you with its modern kitchen behind a corner made of old wine barrels and its dining room in front of the large fireplace (no decoration, it must use it!) We immediately feel at home,
This room merges with the kitchen area on the right in another large room, the living room, which occupies the back of the house and offers a view of the garden and the stairs leading to the swimming pool.
Next to the living room is the new bathroom and the 1st bedroom (double bed).
A wooden staircase leads from the kitchen to the 2nd level of the house, with a gallery style bedroom (double bed) and another smaller bedroom (two single beds).
At the house next to the front door, there is a second, older bathroom (bathtub shower), which is well suited to free your swimsuit and children from the sand and salt after returning from the beach.
Up to 2 cars can be parked comfortably and safely on the property.
The pool area consists of three separate pools of different depths, two of which are for non-swimmers.
