Enjoy the large living room, dining, and kitchen with your entire family. These rooms include a beautiful lake view to enjoy as a group, and plenty of space to spread out. The large master suites are perfect for the adults in the groups, and include full bathrooms for extra privacy. There are extra sleeping for 4 in the other two bedrooms, and full bathrooms are close by for use.

Location: Our home is centrally located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe just 2 miles North of Tahoe City in the Dollar Point community. It is only a few blocks from the Tahoe City paved trail system and the XC Nordic Center. It is less than 30 minutes to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Northstar, and casinos. Please visit our website and follow our “Tahoe Guide” with updated things to do in your specific area.

Other things to Note:
* Maximum 3 cars allowed in driveway, 1 small car in garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.

Very nice stay.

Nice stay. Great fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub. It could use heat in bedrooms, got cold.

Nice place in Dollar Point

3.75/5 stars. The Dollar Point neighborhood is great. Good location for enjoying Palisades and Alpine. The 3.75 out of 5 has to do with the property. The fridge almost collapsed every time we opened the doors, the hot tub water was murky and didn’t appear clean, single ply toilet paper in the bathrooms, and the bed sheets had a perfume scent. Not trying to come off as pretentious, but at this price point you would hope for better quality.

Fun family get away

Great access to town and Palisades. House was comfortable for everyone only drawback the icy driveway and the garage size. Made for very tricky maneuvering

Two issues worth mentioning

Had difficulty getting hot water the entire week. Also critters above ceiling running around from around 5:30 am to 8:00 am or so in second floor bedroom. Lots of birds, chipmunks and squirrels so I'm not surprised.
