Superb contemporary villa in Saint-François

Luxurious villa ideally located in St François, 2km from the center and the beautiful Raisins Clairs beach, the villa was designed to be an ideal place to unwind and enjoy all the joys of Guadeloupe.

The villa has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 1 180x200 bed and 1 bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be pushed together) and 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a pantry and a huge living room open onto the covered terrace, the 10 by 4 meter swimming pool, the large swimming pool area, and the garden.

Each room is air conditioned.

The American kitchen is fully equipped and very functional.

All linens are provided, including beach towels.

The villa has a 3000 liter water tank which will save you all the inconvenience of the town's water cuts.

Exit cleaning fees to be paid when arriving on site: 150 €

Unvergessliche Zeit

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren zu viert und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die offene Küche mit Wohn-Essbereich ist einfach grandios und das kochen hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Der Pool und Außenbereich sind geschmackvoll angelegt. Chantal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kleinigkeiten bei Empfang ( Brotkorb und Obstkorb) waren von uns nach der lange Reise sehr gerne angenommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! sChantal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super villa très propre presque neuve donc tout est très bien penser et très beau. Très belle. BElle espace de vie. Vraiment venez les yeux fermer. Très bon accueil de Chantal. Les chambres et salle de bain parfait aussi. L extérieur pareil un vrai espace de vie pour les enfants et les grands.

Traumhaus auf toller Insel

Zuerst einen herzlichen Dank an Chantal die uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat und immer via Chat zur Verfügung stand. Egal ob es um Fragen zum Haus ober Tips zur Insel ging. Das Haus ist genau so wie es beschrieben ist. Alles großzügig und sauber. Bis auf Schlafzimmern und Bäder findet das Leben draußen statt. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben. Waschmaschine und Trockner wurden gerne genutzt. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Einmal pro Woche kommt der Poolkeeper. Als Selbstversorger ist es auch von Vorteil, dass einige gut sortierte Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. Wir ( 4 Paare ) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Grüße

Maison fabuleuse !

Une semaine beaucoup trop courte ! Cette maison moderne est magnifique, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et très grande. Et que dire de l’extérieur : un petit paradis sous les cocotiers ! Merci à Chantal pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. On a qu’une envie : revenir très vite !

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans la villa. Communication très simple et agréable avec Sophie, accueil très chaleureux par Chantal. Quant à la maison elle est parfaite, tout a été pensé et réalisé avec soin et beaucoup de goût. La villa est très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Les petites attentions à l’arrivée ont été très appréciées. La plage et les commerces sont à proximité, je ne peux que recommander ce logement. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci encore à Sophie et Chantal.

Ma famille et moi avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances. La villa est MAGNIFIQUE, tout est bien pensé pour passer un agréable séjour. Elle est très bien située dans un quartier calme proche des commerces et des plages. Je suis de la Guadeloupe et je me suis sentie totalement dépaysée. Je recommande fortement
