Nestled 630 meters, Luchon is a common family composed of a doubled Thermal station of a ski resort.

The ski resort is accessible either by road, about 20 minutes, or by cable car which will drop you off at 1800 meters on the slopes. Superbagnères has 28 pistes, 4 of which are green and 11 blue, spread over 3 sectors, Tchouss, Le Lac and Le Céciré between 1,800 and 2,200 meters.

If you are looking for a slightly larger one station Peyragudes is between 15 and 20 minutes drive from Luchon. This resort divided into 2, Peyresourde and Les Agudes, includes 49 tracks spread between 1600 and 2400 meters.

After a great day of skiing or spa treatment, return to your apartment for an excellent evening.
Enjoy the warm and cozy next to the attic apartment of 34 sqm, on 2 levels, located in the "Edelweiss" residence between mail aisle Etigny, and teleported.
You will enter the residence using the digital code access, the elevator will drop you off on the 4th floor and the staircase will take you to the 5th where the rental is located.

1st level:
 A kitchenette with a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a microwave oven,
a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, service raclette and crockery.
On the living room - dining room equipped with a sofa bed 160, TV / DVD, WiFi and
board games
 Toilets
At the 2nd level:
 A mezzanine with a BZ, an extra bed and a travel cot. The duvets 220x240 and
pillows are provided, however, not bed linen.
A bathroom with a bathtub, a large closet, a washing machine, a
clothes horse and hair dryer.

On the ground floor of the residence, there is a common pantry locked where you can deposit your skis, bicycles, etc ...

This apartment is a weekly rental:
• School holidays: € 350 per week
• The Luchon festival from February 1 to 8: € 350 per week
• Outside school period: € 290 per week
• For spa guests: € 590 for 3 weeks
The price includes water, electricity and tourist tax.

A check for € 300 will be required for the reservation.

A trusted person will be there to give you the keys and for all the information you will need.
