About this property

Pretty charming wooden house

I will have the pleasure to receive you in my pretty wooden house in a preserved site gathering several hamlets in the middle of 133 hectares of forests, ideal for walks or bike rides.
The hamlet of sports 5 minutes walk, will allow you to enjoy free of charge the heated swimming pool, 4 tennis courts and the wifi. There is also an on-site restaurant.
The lake, 10 minutes' walk away, directly overlooks the forest.

The house in the Talaris marina of 65 m2 with enclosed garden of 500 m2 comprises on the ground floor the living room with kitchenette, a small bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a 140 cm bed plus small balcony as well as a cabin with shower and toilet.

In the marina you will also have an equestrian center and a bowling alley.
The Cousteau lake, 6 km away, will allow you to discover wild fauna with hiking trails.
Golf 5 km.
A Super U for your races at 2km.

A deposit of 300 euros in cash will be requested upon arrival. You will get a receipt.

Chouette location dans les pinèdes

Maison agréable au calme dans les pinèdes avec piscine partagée et tennis. Chouette et bon resto dans le domaine. Pistes cyclables jusqu'au lac de Lacanau et à 10km de Lacanau Océan. Séjour très sympa!
