Nice apartment located opposite the beaches / lakes at El Cotillo. A fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and two sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and terrace, a private solarium on the top floor. The building has two swimming pools, a saltwater pool for adults and freshwater for children and beautiful gardens with sun terrace, perfect for couples and families with one or two children.

A Great Location Ruined
When we arrived at around 9pm the stairway was completely unlit making the journey upstairs and entry to the property difficult. We soon realised there was a generator running outside not far from the bedroom. This was noisy and was running 24/7. The pool at least for the first half of the week was cloudy and looked dirty the area around the pool was unkept with builders tape strapped around the railings. We didn't see anyone using the pool and we didn't either. We raised these issues with the owner who admitted she was aware that the "maintenance of the building leaves a lot to be desired". She offered cancellation but with nowhere else to go we accepted a discount which never materialised. I would have expected to be informed of these known issues before our stay so that we had the opportunity to arrange alternative accommodation.

Dear Mark, I see that you have not commented on the apartment, instead you have talked about external things about which I have no competition. I offered the cancellation twice, once when you arrived and once in the middle of your stay but you refused both, right next door there is a hotel that surely had rooms available. As you have already verified, despite the damage I found in the apartment when you left I decided not to charge you the deposit. Best regards.

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage
Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und super gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Die Lage ist wirklich toll, alles ist nah dran und man hat einen super Ausblick. Die gesamte Kommunikation war super freundlich und unkompliziert.

Fabulous apt with the best views
This is a lovely well presented apartment with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The two outside spaces mean you can enjoy the sea views to the maximum. El Cotillo offers a really relaxed chilled vibe. Many great cafes bars and restaurants and a night out doesn't cost the earth like it can be in the more commercial resort.

Muy Bien!
El apartamento de Marta donde pasábamos unos diez días en El Cotillo mi esposa y yo, está muy bien situado – a dos minutos a pied de dos o tres restaurantes, las tiendas y la playa más cercana. También está a solamente tres minutos de la parada de autobuses para otros partes de Fuerte Ventura. Es un piso muy limpio y cómodo con todo el equipo necesario. Además, tiene un balcón grande con vista al mar.
Marta su misma es una dueña muy simpática y hará algo que ella puede para ayudar a uno.

Una estancia inolvidable
La semana pasada en el apartamento fue de verdad increíble. La ubicación está perfecta, la ciudad propone muchos restaurantes buenísimos y playas estupendas a unos minutos andando. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, ultra moderno, un rincón de paraíso. Gracias por todo!
