Beautiful views from the entire house and decks! Well stocked kitchen with many thoughtful additions including detergents, soaps, beach bags, chairs, beach towels, etc. Just gorgeous!!

Perfect for traveling with adult/college age kids or 3 couples with separate entrances for bedrooms. The views of both Maho Bay to the north and Cruz Bay to the south are absolutely stunning, we can’t imagine they could be much better anywhere else on the island.

Stunning beauty surrounds this comfortable home. From every outdoor area, the views are nothing short of magnificent. We found this property well stocked with all we needed to dine in/grill and relax. The close proximity to National Seashore beaches was fabulous.. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and owners were quick to respond to our questions. Check in was a breeze. We would encourage all to experience the joy of staying in this wonderful home!

Stunning Views, Beautiful Villa

I think it's already been said but the photos do not do this place justice. The views are unreal. I don't think you can get any better even at 4x the price. The home is also well appointed and everything is high quality from the furniture to the cookware. The gardens are beautiful and we often found ourselves taking the long way around the house through the gardens to the pool just for the experience. Our only suggestion would be the addition of a hot tub for night time soaks under the stars but it's hardly worth complaining about. You will not regret staying at Bayview Villa.

Best Villa I've Stayed In, On St. John, USVI!!

Beyond what we could have imagined! This villa and its ownership/management could not have been a more comfortable, seamless process. Even though I lived on Island for 1.5 years, we were treated wonderfully kind and communication was on point. Stunning views, incredible decor, fantastic layout to enjoy in every bedroom and living area, nearly a 360 degree view of the island was something even I was impressed knowing the island well. WILDLY IMPRESSIVE!!!! 5 STARS!!! It was hard to leave. Proximity to the best beaches to the worlds greatest beaches are minutes away, easy access on site and a flat parking area are something that is hard to find on this magical island. Also has a bedroom that could be accessed by an elderly family member without the usual St John stair workout. Massive bonus. Two decks of great proportion we could decide which one to sit out on both so beautiful. The pool deck is sunny and inviting with ample space to enjoy. Again design and cleanliness and well manicured everything like landscaping, paint, windows, screens all in great shape. There is nothing negative to say. I couldn't imagine how anyone couldn't want to live here forever. We will be back as soon as possible and already inquired about our next stay in a few weeks. CANT WAIT TO STAY AGAIN!!!! DON"T STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!

Spent a week here and just got back two days ago! 5 Stars all the way around but 10 stars for the view ! Incredible ! Almost 360 degrees of views! Run, don’t walk to rent this Villa !❤️

Best views on St John

We got hooked on St John in 2008 when dear friends introduced us to the island. We have stayed in numerous villas and this one by far has the best views. You not only overlook Maho and Francis to the north, but Coral Bay to the south. If you book this house, don't make too many dinner reservations. You will want to enjoy the amazing breeze and views from the outdoor dining table. The chef's kitchen will have everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal. My husband and I will definitely book this villa again!

Incredible!

Perfect home for St John. Great access to Coral and Cruz Bays, and the views are breathtaking. AC in the bedrooms worked great. We spent a lot of time on both porches - great family time playing games and hanging out. Highly recommend!

Better than advertised!

Bayview is a true gem. The pictures do not do the listing justice. It was the first time on the island for my wife and I and we can't imagine a better location. The house is in immaculate condition, with extremely comfortable bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the main living area after a day at the beach, with the nice cross breeze making for tranquil evenings. The proximity to Maho, Cinnamon and Trunk Bay beaches was also a plus as it was extremely easy to hop on a less-traveled road. The property managers were extremely responsive and friendly! The views of Coral Bay and Maho Bay/Mary's Creek/BVI are second to none. Do not, I repeat, do not hesitate to book a stay in Bayview!

The best vistas on the island

I’ve been coming to the island for many years and this is one of the best locations ever. Easy to get to, in the center of the island making access to all beaches very easy. We appreciated the Beautiful craftsmanship, beautiful vistas, cool breezes, hummingbirds, a garden, comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. We could’ve stayed in the house and never left for the beach and been happy Looking forward to coming back

Loved it!

This home is so beautiful and very convenient to the restaurants in Coral Bay and north shore beaches. We spent most of our time on the deck looking north because it was covered and had the most amazing view. The rooms are all really nice and the gardens are gorgeous. We would stay here again next time we visit St. John!!

The most amazing villa ever!

First time to St John to celebrate birthdays and we were blown away! The villa was way beyond our expectations-the decor, the appointments/amenities, the style and attention to detail, the amazing gardens, especially the views-its hard to explain how incredible!!! Sunrise with coffee or sunset with cocktails looking over Coral Bay/East end/Maho Bay/BVIs-it was all like a dream scape. Even wandering around the garden paths (with tons of humming birds) picking fresh fruit/herbs, there was always an incredible view of the island and sea. The pool and tiki-hut got a lot of use too! Only ~20 min or so to Cruz Bay and a very quick drive to Coral Bay, north coast beaches, restaurants and markets but the property felt like a private and secluded paradise!! Sarah and Chris were super flexible with check-in and gave us a tour of the property as well as awesome tips/suggestions throughout the week for restaurants, beaches, etc! Cannot wait to return!!!

Unreal views and lovely house

Bay View is an incredible residence for a St. John retreat. It greets you with breathtaking views of both East and West sides of the island. The property layout was absolutely perfect for our group consisting of 3 couples. The house was recently renovated and extremely comfortable. The owners also had coolers, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, snorkel gear and other amenities. Bay View will definitely be top of our list for the next trip to St John.

Paradise!

Stunning views, gorgeous grounds and a lovely, comfortable villa ~ we had everything we needed for a relaxing, restorative vacation. Every day, we enjoyed the two decks off the main living area. One allowed us to greet each morning's rainstorm and beautiful sunrise over Coral Bay and the other allowed us to toast the end of another wonderful day as we watched the sun set over St. Thomas. The northern deck gave us many hours of respite for reading, relaxing and just soaking up the beauty of the surrounding gardens. We loved everything about the villa. It was recently remodeled and it's well-designed, beautiful and cozy. There are plenty of areas to enjoy each other's company, as well as plenty of spots to retreat to for some privacy. Perfect spot for two or three couples. We appreciated the upscale furniture, appliances, cookware, etc. and all the little details that made for such an enjoyable stay. It really felt like the owners took the time and effort to understand what it meant to welcome us guests into their home. Great location (about 15-20 minutes to Cruz Bay and about 10 to Coral Bay and Midway - don't miss CoCo Jims!). Prompt, responsive communication always. Wish we could move in, but will have to settle for returning (again and again)!

Pictures and words cannot describe this view!

I really can't say enough about this place, it is amazing in everyway. The check-in process with Sarah was very easy and helpful. She had a lot of tips and suggestions that all proved to be great. It was just my wife and I for our 20th anniversary on this trip so we decided to stay in each room a couple nights for our stay and we loved them all. It is very hard to pick a favorite. We thought we would use the pool more but with Maho and Francis Bays only 5 minutes away we found ourselves at the beach almost the entire time. The house is well stocked and has everything you need for the beach, cooking, and everything else. Every room has a smart TV and the bedrooms all have well functioning A/C. The house is amazing but, THAT VIEW THOUGH! I really can't say enough and/or do it justice. On our way out we said we may never see a view again that nice for the rest of our lives, it is that good! I would stay here again in an instant. It would be a great house for 3 couples to travel to. We have already mentioned it to some friends! You will not regret stay here. For proximity, it is about 8 minutes to Coral Bay and about 17 minutes to Cruz bay.

Amazing property. Well kept, very clean and well appointed rooms. The layout ensures privacy from kids or other couples and the kitchen as a central point is great. Short drive to both Cruz and Coral Bay. Sarah was great and helped get us arrived and helped us throughout the week.

Simply AMAZING !!!

Majestic views of the north shore and To the south of coral bay. No matter which way you look the views are absolutely spectacular! And you can see both from the main living area! The home itself and property are too superior. Gardens full of aromatic flowers and humming birds galore! This home has all the bells and whistles and I really can’t say enough how amazing this place is! Truly a slice of heaven on earth!

Heaven on Earth!

Wow!!! This property is truly Heaven on Earth!!! The pictures on Vrbo simply can't do this property justice! The house is in pristine condition and perfect in every way. . .excellent floor plan, beautiful decor and magical surroundings! The spacious family room/kitchen area and master suite are located on the main level and are flanked by two massive porches that offer an additional lounging/seating area and dining space. The porches also provide stunning views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean. Two additional king bedrooms offer privacy for quests as one is located down by the garden and the other by the pool. An immaculately landscaped garden of flowers and foliage surrounds the residence, and we were thrilled by the many humming birds that visited daily. The location of the property has quick and easy access to "gold star" Maho, Trunk, and Francis Bay beaches. It's also close to a great selection of varied, price point restaurant venues such as Indigo Grill, the famous Skinny Legs, and Pizza in Paradise. The property managers were attentive and helpful with all of our needs. Yes, this house has it all, and our family will be forever grateful to the owners for sharing it! You will definitely not be disappointed in this fabulous St. John estate! You absolutely must see it for yourself!!!

It doesn't get any better....

I almost want to dial back my review because I want this place all to myself! Being retired wanderers, we stay in private rentals at least 5 times each year - this is hands-down the best rental I have ever stayed at. From the bedding, to the furniture, to the kitchen supplies...to the snorkel gear!!! They spared no expense. Even if there weren't a view, it would have been excellent but the view makes this place off-the-chart. As a bonus, there is a couple who take care of the property and they are just the icing on the cake (we went through a tropical storm and they kept everything running smooth and clean). There is absolutely no room for improvement for this property - it is perfection!
