L'appartement est conforme au descritif. Et charmant, lumineux, cocooning, calme. Il ne manque rien.Terrasse et veranda sont un plus, surtout quand le soleil est là. Courses et promenades aux alentours avec les vélos de prêt (Ahhh la côte sauvage !). Beaucoup de pistes cyclables sécurisées.A 2 pas des commerces et de la plage. Propriétaire aux petits soins. Bref, une adresse qu'on gardera précieusement

Appartement bien équipé, très bien situé pour ne pas avoir besoin de la voiture,on peut aller au Pouliguen et à la plage à pieds. La partie véranda permet de manger à l'abri s'il ne fait pas très beau ( cela arrive même en juillet ). Les vélos à disposition sont un plus et le propriétaire très sympathique.

Formidable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine hyper agréable ! Un appartement très bien équipé, très joli, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Les vélos étaient à l'abri et en sécurité dans leur local dont l'accès n'est réservé qu'aux locataires des lieux. Vraiment nous vous recommandons cet appartement, sans oublier l'adorable accueil de JM !! A bientôt au Pouliguen !!! Bruno et Sandra

Excellent accueil par le propriétaire, échanges parfaits avant notre arrivée. logement propre et parfaitement équipé pour 2. Terrasse pratique en 2 parties (1 type véranda et l'autre avec store banne). idéalement situé très proche du Pouliguen à pied avec les commerces nécessaires et tous les restos. Accès plage proche côté La Baule. Vélos pratiques pour aller vers Batz/mer, Le Croisic, Guérande et même la Turbale avec pistes cyclables ou voies sécurisées. A recommander sans hésiter

Séjour dans un appartement atypique

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement atypique avec 3 espaces : intérieur cuisine aménagée et assez fonctionnelle sejour et chambre tout ensemble sans vraie separation et assez petit (impossible de faire le tour du lit et quasiment des deux cotés) puis deux terrasses distinctes assez agréable surtout celle fermée par temps de pluie. Nous avons néanmoins passé un bon séjour. Petit bemol : pas d endroit vraiment sécurisé pour stocker nos velos.

Une belle surprise que cet appartement chaleureux. On a l’impression d’être chez soi. Le + la terrasse sans vis-à-vis, le calme, fonctionnel, original dans la décoration et surtout d’une propreté impeccable. L'appartement est très bien équipé et dispose d'une terrasse agréable exposée plein sud, dont la vue donne sur un parc arboré. Il est bien situé, tout proche du quartier Benoît, petit coin privilégié de La Baule. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la mise à disposition de vélos pendant notre séjour ainsi que la gentillesse et la disponibilité du gérant.
