I am always working to make my guests happy and so I appreciate any feedback. In this instance, both myself and the home caretaker went to the property multiple times during this guest's stay and confirmed that the bedroom ACs were operating properly, the home was thoroughly cleaned and that nothing was in need of repair or actionable. The home has ACs in all the bedrooms and bathrooms, whereas the living room and kitchen are an open floor-plan design with wall-length glass sliding doors and screens (as well as fans) to capture the fresh tropical air. The home has many repeat renters and 5-star reviews and the AC setup is clearly mentioned in the property description, so it is unfortunate that such an exceptional property would receive a negative review for an open-air living room that most guests enjoy. I am happy this guest was able to enjoy the rest of his stay - the guest experience is always our number one priority.

The open-air great room is meant to enjoy the Fresh, Hawaiian Tropical Breeze with screened, sliding glass doors along both sides of the home for a nice cross flow. AC is provided in the individual sleeping chambers for retreat to your perfect comfort level for delicious rest after a day of connecting with the Hawaiian elements.
