Lakefront - Lake Davis Art Deco Cottage

1930's Art Deco cottage located in one of Downtown Orlando's premier locations. The Cottages at Lake Davis have been featured in many calendars and magazines for having a Miami charm. This cottage features terrazzo floors in the living and bedrooms, high ceilings, central air and heat, built-in dresser in each bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Live in one of downtown's most unique properties, walking distance to most of Downtown Orlando and Thornton Park's restaurants, shopping, and offices.

We are available for questions or to address an issue.

We are located in downtown Orlando with everything walkable.

There are lots of Ubers and Lyfts as well as buses to get around the city. We are close enough to most things to ride a bike or walk.

Beautiful and convenient location.

Spent a really enjoyable month in this cute art deco unit. The location was great and super convenient to downtown, Thornton park and Hourglass district. Next time I’m looking for a stay in Orlando I’ll definitely check if one of these cottages is available.

The cottage on Lake Davis was perfect for us. It was clean and decorated very nicely. Jeff was a great host and now a new friend. My husband was going through 39 Proton treatments at Orlando Health Cancer Institute. The location took him less than 5 minutes to get there and he had almost no traffic. There was plenty of parking area available and Jeff keeps the land scape and grounds beautiful. We also met actors working for the Orlando Shakes. Lake Davis has a side walk all the way around it and makes for a beautiful afternoon walk looking at the white swans and wildlife.

Perfect winter getaway

The cottage was even more impressive than we anticipated. The rooms were all attractive and very clean. My husband and I loved the location and took advantage of our surroundings.We walked several miles a day (weather permitting)around the nearby lakes. We found local eateries, went to Sunday farmers’ market and simply relaxed sitting out on the front lawn. The owner, Jeff and his manager, Becky made sure we were happy and comfortable. We are so happy that we found this perfect winter getaway!
