The host, Julie, went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. She checked in on us during our stay several times, once after a brief building power outage to tell us how to reset the A/C. The included beach chair service was an added bonus. Will definitely be back!

Your home was absolutely gorgeous. We appreciate how thoughtful and clean everything was. Of all the VRBOs we have stayed at. This is the very first one that actually had clean floors!!

Highly recommend staying here! Host was fantastic and quick to respond. The condo was super clean and stocked with all the necessities. Loved being so close to the beach and places to eat. You can’t beat the sunrise view from the balcony either! 10/10 experience.

Beautiful condo! Definitely looked as described. Very convenient location and perfect spot on the beach. The rooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable. There were extra beach chairs and toys in the condo which was a nice surprise. Make sure to bring your own beach towels. The building was well equipped with grocery & luggage carts - super helpful after a large grocery haul! Even during the busy spring break traffic the elevators moved fast - hardly had to wait.Julie was a fantastic communicator and very responsive, made our trip extra relaxing. I highly recommend this beach condo!

Great place and accomodations!!

This condo is very nice and roomy! It is on the 14th floor so that part was hard for my mother who is bothered by heights. It is a very beautiful view of you are not bothered by heights though!! Loved our stay!!

Julie was absolutely wonderful!

I have stayed at quite a few VRBO rentals and Julie was the best of them all! She was very prompt in responding to messages and very helpful! This condo is perfect! We loved the private beach access and the separate room with private balcony! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Gathering

Our family enjoyed staying in this condo. Plenty of space to be together. Bathrooms were decent sized. Showers had excellent water pressure. We loved the bedroom that had its own mini kitchenette. Kitchen and dining area size was a bit small for our group of 10. Very convenient location to see ocean, bay, and nightly fireworks far away. Elevators can get pretty congested during peak hours. We were able to walk to restaurants and a few shops nearby.

A Fantastic Stay — Highly Recommend!We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well-equipped getaway. The unit accommodated our group of 10 perfectly and was exactly as advertised.The views are spectacular! The living room and two bedrooms offer ocean and bay views, while the third bedroom overlooks the bay. Beach access was easy, and on double red flag days, the resort pool was a great alternative.The host was responsive and genuinely went out of their way to accommodate our needs — that attentiveness really makes a difference.The high floor means unobstructed views with no telephone lines in sight. Elevators were efficient, parking was plentiful, and lobby luggage racks and shopping carts made moving in a breeze for a group our size.For exploring, we rented bikes through Runaway Rentals. They were delivered and picked up, with locks, helmets, and an optional basket. Reasonably priced and hassle-free. The resort’s bike rack was a convenient bonus.We hope to be back!

Great location and property

We had a great experience at Surfside. The location and beach is optimal. The services were great on the beach side. Check in was a bit odd. We got a text for an early checkin but the desk attendant basically said she was hiding in back until 4pm, so we had to wait a few minutes to actually check in. Our condo was roomy and well appointed. It could use a remodel/refresh but the set up was great for our group. The property management company was easy to work with and very responsive. All around great vacation!

Views were great, condo was clean, and kitchen was well-stocked with necessities. Easy beach access. My only suggestion for improvement would be for the grill area…there needs to be some shade panels or canopies added.
