Maison agréable

Maison adéquat à l'annonce. Quartier calme proche du bord de mer, très bien équipée, ne convient pas à une famille avec des enfants en bas âge car escalier. A recommander et Binic est très agréable

Bien qui ne correspond pas au descriptif

Contrairement à l'annonce, ce n'est pas une maison avec jardin privatif mais une maisonnette sur le terrain de la propriétaire sans possibilité de garer sa voiture. Pas de wifi dans la location contrairement à la prestation payée. L'accès à l'étage est très difficile : escalier en colimaçon sans pouvoir tenir debout ! Dommage que le descriptif ne soit pas conforme à la réalité du bien.

Un appartement bien agencé et bien équipé, un écrin préservé à proximité des commodités, des plages et du chemin côtier. L'humour de la propriétaire est un plus. Bon séjour !
