This is a NO SMOKING property!!! This property has a ring doorbell installed. 4 bedroom 2-1/2 bath home within walking distance to beautiful Emerald Valley G.C. Property is 15-20 minutes from Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium, Oakway Mall, 5th St Pubic Mkt, numerous wineries including King Estates. After a day of sporting events, shopping, and/or wine tasting relax in the 8-person swim spa while listening to your favorite music thru the Bose sound system. Spa also has a swim tether and rowing attachment for working out. Property has 6 flat screen TV's, gas fireplace, air conditioning, washer/dryer, microwave, BBQ. Dining room table seats 8. Backyard has a putting green and covered patio. If your dates aren’t available message me to see if we can work something out.. 😀

Took so much stress oit of the wedding weekend

Beautiful home with more than ample space inside and out. I do not remember reading about a 3 hole putting green so was happliy suprised to see it.. there is a TV out side and a fire pit, all under a glass covered patio so even in the Oregon rain you can enjoy it. Ron brought us some shaving cream since my son forgot his. Would highly recommend staying here if you want a beautiful home inside and out

Great property with amazing backyard and hot tub!

Stayed here with some friends for our yearly reunion trip. Property and host is great! Hot tub was amazing and there was a TV outside which allowed us to play switch games near a backyard fire pit. Very recommended for either family or friends!
