250 m from the beaches, all on foot (pizzeria and ATM at the foot of the building; mini-market, bar, library, museum 150 m).
Weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday. Out of season, possibility to rent the apartment from 2 nights.
A deposit check of 500 euros will be required.
The price displayed does not include the tourist tax which is 0.80 cts / day / person to be paid upon arrival.
We can take care of the cleaning after your departure for an additional 60 euros. If you do not wish to benefit from this formula, we ask you to make the accommodation as clean and tidy as when you arrived.
Possibility to provide bed linen and towels for 5 euros per person.
Pets welcome if they respect the place and the furniture. We ask 5 euros per day per animal.
The town of Brignogan-Plages is a small seaside resort in northern Finistère, on the edge of the English Channel, about 35 km from Brest, on the Côte des Légendes. The nearest SNCF train station is in Landerneau (25 km).
The coast being very cut, the town has a dozen sandy beaches.
Throughout the year, you will find on site in Brignogan-Plages: a post office, an ATM (just opposite), a mini-market (with bread deposit), a medical office, a pharmacy, two restaurants opposite in the sea, a crêperie, a pizzeria (at the foot of the building), a bar-tabac-lotto-press (with bread deposit) opposite the Town Hall, a second bar on the main artery, a third bar ( equipped with a billiard room, and with a terrace facing the sea), an art gallery, a shop dedicated to water sports (equipment, clothing, ...), and a nautical club offering various activities for children and adults . In spring 2016, the Hôtel de la Mer (located above the blue thistle beach) reopened after renovation and offers: spa, restaurant, bistro, tea room.
During the months of July and August: a very lively market is held on Friday morning at the foot of the apartment.
Many hiking possibilities exist: customs trail, classified site from Ménéham to Kerlouan, tour of the island of Batz opposite Roscoff, bird sanctuary in Goulven bay, ...
In the town of Kerlouan, 4 km away, you will find: a supermarket, various shops, as well as a Sunday morning market all year round.
In the town of Lesneven, 10 km away, a large market is held on Monday throughout the year; you will also find many shops, an indoor swimming pool, a cinema and 2 hypermarkets: "Casino" on Lesneven itself, and "Leclerc" on Le Folgoët.

Appartement propre et calme, bien situé en centre bourg.
Proche des commodités (pizzeria en bas du bâtiment et un carrefour market à 100m) et des sites touristiques alentour (saint pol de leon, Roscoff, meneham à 5 min en voiture, ile callot et ile de batz).
Propriétaire disponible et réactive.
Je recommande cet hébergement.
Appartement fonctionnel. Literie de bonne qualité.
Une incompréhension toutefois: nous avons laissé l'appartement encore plus propre qu'il ne l'était à notre arrivée.
Une consigne ferme nous avait été donnée en ce sens à notre arrivée.
Un reproche nous a été fait plus tard comme quoi le ménage n'avait pas été fait. Incompréhensible. Dommage.
Logement assez spacieux, fonctionnel et très bien équipé.
Très bon contact et excellente écoute du propriétaire.
Emplacement sans caractère notable, mais proche de la mer et dans une très belle région. Stationnement facile.
