Perfect location

The house is located perfectly only a few steps from the beach. Bicycles are included to go to the beaches nearby or to Île de Batz or to Roscoff. You can enjoy wonderful sunsets from the terrace. A kitchen with induction, microwave and Bialetty espresso machine, a wonderful shower and a quiet surrounding, where you can sleep very well at night are completing your holidays. We are going to return next year!

Endroit très calme et reposant

Endroit bien situé près de la mer pour les ballades a pied. chemin sympathique a faire en vélo. A proximité de Roscoff superbe balade dans les rues piétonnes. Et pleins d'endroits a découvrir aux alentours.

Maison tout confort, dans impasse très calme. Belle terrasse très agréable. Tout proche des plages du Pratt du Pouldu et même du Théven. Bourg de Santec très proche accessible à pied ou à vélos. Équipement très complet de la maison. Propriétaire très sympathique et réactif.

Top Lage

Ein Haus, was praktisch keine Wünsche offen lässt! Ausstattung top, neben den bereits geschilderten Ausstattungen gibt es noch einen neuen Holzkohlengrill (Weber) und einen Induktionsherd . Lage zum Strand ist wirklich klasse. der Strand ist eher ein Naturstrand, da dieser nicht gesäubert wird und auch zwischendurch etwas Bauschutt angeschwemmt wird. Vor Algen und deren Geruch sollte man nicht bange sein. Sandstrand ist aber reichlich vorhanden!! Auch Top Umgebung, allein die Orte St.Pol(Dienstag Markt) und Roscoff(hier Mittwoch) sind Besuche wert. Leider ist keine Mappe mit Informationen zum Haus und Umgebung vorhanden. Fernsehen nur mit französischen Programmen. Tolle Terasse!! Alles sehr gepflegt!!!

Le propriétaire est très accueillant. La maison est très bien équipée. Tout est neuf. On a apprécié le lave linge, le sèche linge, toutes les commodités (SDB top). Un canoë et des vélos à disposition. La maison est idéalement située dans un lotissement calme à 3 mn de la plage. Le cadre autour de Santec est magnifique (beaucoup de chance avec la météo) : île de Batz, Roscoff... Tout était parfait donc. Nous recommandons vivement.
