The villa of 110 m2 is located in a quiet area, 300 meters from beaches and 300 meters from local shops. New, it offers all the standard amenities during your stay:
On the ground floor, the entrance leads the toilet block (WC and washbasin), utility room and useful amenities (washing machine, dryer, freezer, storage ...) and the main room.
The living room, consisting of a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area and lounge, opens onto the garden through large windows that allow you to conveniently access the sun terrace.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom. Two rooms have double beds for 2 persons and a bedroom with a single bed. In this room, it is also possible to install a cot and equipment necessary for comfort. The bathroom has a sink, bathtub and shower.
The terrace facing south west, ensures quiet (not overlooked) and an exceptional exhibition. The outdoor facilities on the terrace you will spend pleasant moments: table and exotic wood chairs, relax, barbecue, parasol.
The plot of 500 m2 is fully enclosed and out of sight of anyone. Children and animals there will be safe.

Clean and conveniently located property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alex’s place. The house was well laid out, with good storage and it had everything we needed. The nearest beach is approximately 5 minutes walk from the house and the centre of Santec is the same distance. In Santec you will find a bakery, pharmacy, tabac and small supermarket with a deli. The busier port of Roscoff is around 10 minutes away in the car, which has a greater selection of restaurants, bars and independent shops. The weekly Roscoff market is well worth a visit.

We really enjoyed staying in Alex' house. Everything is thoughtfully designed, the material, the colours, the arangement of the whole interior. Alex is a perfect host, the informed us where to eat and to go. And there is also some information about the surrounding in the house. So, all in all, very very nice. Schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Santec ist ein netter Ort, alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt, kann vor Ort fußläufig eingekauft werden. Auch der Weg zum Strand ist nicht zu lang. Das Haus ist sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der eingezäunte Garten ist mit Hund ein großer Vorteil. Einziger Kritikpunkt: wir haben erst vor Ort erfahren, dass der Hund nicht ins OG soll. Das war die ersten Tage etwas schwierig, da unser Hund normalerweise in seinem Hundebett bei uns im Schlafzimmer liegt. Aber ansonsten alles top, sehr empfehlenswert

Ein tolles Haus für Familie mit Hunden

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet, sauber und sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es mangelte an Nichts, auch der Garten ist herrlich und für Hunde komplett eingezäunt! Wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Es liegt ruhig aber Strand und auch Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt sind ganz nah!

Modernes Haus

Schönes, modernes Haus mit teilw. hochwertigen Mobiliar, auf das der Eigentümer Wert legt. In den 1. Stock zu den Schlafräumen u. zum Bad führt eine steile, offene und teilw. ungesicherte Treppe (kein Geländer!). Für Kinder und Menschen mit Seh- oder Gehbehinderung sehr problematisch, auch gefährlich. Der Wohnbereich im Parterre ist geschmackvoll gestaltet, die Küche gut ausgestattet, allerdings heizt sich der gesamte untere Bereich wg. der großen Glasfront u. fehlendem Sonnenschutz (weder Jaloisen, noch Vorhänge oder Markise) extrem auf. Auch Garten u. Terrasse bieten kaum Schatten bzw. Sonnenschutz (bis auf 1 Sonnenschirm). Als sehr störend empfanden wir das außergewöhlich donnerartige Geräusch der Toilettenspülung neben den Schlafräumen, bei dem nachts alle Familienmitglieder aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurden. Santec ist ein ländlicher kleiner Ort, in dem uns JEDEN Morgen um 7 Uhr die Kichenglocken ca.15 min lang beharrlich geweckt haben. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist in ca. 10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider stank er an vielen Tagen unseres Aufenthalts so sehr nach Fäkalien, dass er nicht betretbar war. Nach vielen Aufenthalten in Ferienhäusern der Bretagne bewerten wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wegen der Einschränkungen als nicht überzeugend. TIPP: Es empfiehlt sich, den freundl. und sympath. Vermieter noch VOR der Buchung wg seiner internen Hausregelungen zu kontaktieren, die er ansonsten erst nach Ankunft mitteilt u. auf deren Einhaltung er akribisch achtet.

Helles freundliche Haus

Wir haben als Familie mit Hund die Zeit in dem schönen Ferienhaus genossen. Santec ist als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gut, die Strände sind sehr sauber und malerisch. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt, der Vermieter war sehr gut zu erreichen.

Ankommen und sich wohl fühlen

Sehr schönes,helles Haus mit einem tollen tropischen Garten. Alles sehr sauber und einladend. Küchenutensilien sind zahlreich vorhanden und Gläser und Geschirr ebenfalls. Alexandre hat uns herzlich empfangen.Man kann dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Jolie villa avec jardin très agréable

Villa tout confort sur 2 étages. Pièces très lumineuses. Jardin très coquet bien exposé, entièrement clos et à l’abri des regards. Großzügiges,schönes Haus. Alles da was man braucht. Garten ungestört,nicht einsehbar. Gartenmöbel und Geschirrspüler könnten auffrischung vertragen waren aber ok. Herrliche Ruhe. Unkomplizierter Check in und out. Lage top.von hier gibt es viel zu erkunden, entdecken, herrliche Wanderwege. Super Bäcker vor Ort. Kleiner,sauberer sehr freundlicher Supermarkt im Ort. Nous avons passé un superbe sejour votre maison qui ne manque de rien et tres confortable...on s'y sent comme chez soi. La proximité de la mer et des commerces est très appréciable. Nous avons pu profiter des beaux panoramas qui nous entouraient malgres une météo un peu capricieuse la première semaine. Beautiful vacation with dog - place to remember and to visit again

Alexandre's appartement was very clean and in a modern condition. Many beautiful details and well equipped. The kitchen is above standard and provides new sharp knives, mixer, coffee machine, dishes, etc... much more than necessary. Bathroom is clean and large and separated to the two toilets. A nice terrace with Weber grill, patio heater and outdoor furniture. Paying deposit was no problem and there was no discussion about getting it back (acceptable for one week, 2 persons with dog). Alexandre as well as his parents are very nice and friendly. Helping you out if there is any need. The location is perfect. Nice beach, not to far from bigger cities, idyllic but also nice for sports like surfing and hiking. Thank you Alexandre:) Best Elli and Lars

Gourmet break in Brittany

The property was well equipped and as advertised. We wanted a base for leisurely exploration of the region and somewhere with lots of excellent restaurants around - this fitted that very well. With good weather we were able to enjoying sitting outside and relaxing.
