Nice house, fully equipped (exc. wifi)

We spent one week in that very nice house, perfectly equipped, nice garden, close to the sea. Unfortunatly without wifi. Personal contact to the host who was friendly and helpful. Additional cost for electricity, water, dog, cleaning fee at the end of our stay was not so nice as the base price is high enough but ok, that is the deal. We can recommend this house.

Lovely stay in Santec

Lovely property. Clean and tidy. All the amenities needed. Garden to sit in. Only drawback, the Vrbo advert said it included a hot tub. It doesn't. Otherwise exactly as described and a great place to stay. Close to amenities. Little supermarket and fantastic bakery within 10 minutes' walk. 5 minutes' walk to a lovely beach. No lifeguard or toilets at the beach, which means it is very quiet. Great for rock pooling and swimming. Supermarket in Saint Pol De Leon. There's also a free bus that covers Roscoff area (Roskobus). You can drive to the free car park by the sea and use the bus to visit Roscoff. Or walk to it along the coast path (about 20 minutes).

Santec et les plages sont merveilleuses, les paysages époustouflants !!! L’emplacement de la maison et le confort sont conforment à l'annonce seul bémol l’absence de WIFI et la 4G passe assez mal.

Logement "le bonheur des vacances"

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le logement de Christine à Santec et nous avons été ravis de notre sejour. Le logement est très bien situé, tout proche de la plage, et tout prés des jolies communes de Roscoff et de Saint paul de Léon. De plus le logement est parfait, trés bien équipé et surtout très propre, c'était très agréable. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location.

Very nice and new house close to the beach

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in diesem Haus im Sommerurlaub, und es war wieder sehr schön. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind angenehm gross. Man geht nur 5-7 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Wandern,Schwimmen,Natur und Meer erleben

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Nebenstraße. Im Juni war es angenehm ruhig. Alles Sehenswerte ist gut per PKW sowie per Rad erreichbar. Lange Spaziergänge bei Ebbe und Flut machbar, Schwimmen ist herrlich auch bei Temperaturen unter 20 Grad. Wir haben das Haus zu 2 genossen ohne Kinder oder Hund. Achtung Haus hat nur Franz. TV und auch kein WLAN… wir haben mal Fußball geschaut und ansonsten die Ruhe genossen!

Zum Wohlfühlen

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, dass Haus ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber...reinkommen, auspacken, wohlfühlen!!! Für Kinder und Hunde durch den abgeschlossenen Garten ideal. Santec ist ein kleiner verschlafener Ort, der sehr viel Ruhe vermittelt...insgesamt für uns der perfekte Urlaub. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Lediglich die Kosten für die Reinigungsgebühr habe ich im Inserat vermisst/ überlesen...sollte vlt noch mit erwähnt werden. Herzlichen Dank und liebe Grüße Sabrina Knape und Familie

Familientaugliche Unterkunft in reizvoller Umgebung

Das Objekt hält, was in der Anzeige versprochen wurde. Die Ausstattung ist ordentlich, das Haus sehr sauber. Großzügiger Garten für Ballspiel, Sonnenliegen usw. vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine sowie große Garage mit Abstellmöglichkeiten für Surfbrett, Kanu, StandUp-Paddleboard oder Fahrräder machen das Haus für Familienurlaube perfekt. Freundliche Gastgeberin. Zukünftig könnte WiFi angeboten werden da je nach Provider der Handy-Empfang begrenzt ist. Die Umgebung ist reizvoll, 2-3 Minuten bis zum großen Sandstrand. Roscoff und St. Pol de Leon sind nur wenige km entfernt (mit dem Fahrrad jeweils ca. 20 Minuten). Empfehlung!

Parfait, accueil chaleureux

Très belle maison dans un quartier calme, proche de la mer (150 m). Jardin clos pour notre épagneul et randos nombreuses. Superbes plages et la ville de Roscoff toute proche (à pieds). Petits commerces accessibles en promenade et grandes surfaces proches. Franchement parfait pour visiter le Finistère Nord. Équipement complet. Merci

Ein Geheimtipp in der Bretagne

Der Urlaub in Santec hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gross genug für eine Familie, auch mit Hund. Der abgeschlossene Garten ist angenehm gross, mit Sonne auf der Terrasse den ganzen Tag. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Im Ort gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Supermarkt, die man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Bis zum Strand ist es noch kürzer, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Der Strand ist sehr groß, mit feinem Sand, und das Wasser ist sehr klar. Die vorgelagerten Felsen und die dahinterliegende Insel Batz bieten ein spektakuläres Panorama. Bei Ebbe kann man bis zu den Felsen und kleinen Inseln im Meer gehen. Die nächsten Städte Roscoff und Saint-Pol-de-Léon sind mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und sehr sehenswert. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Erholsam und Empfehlenswert

Sehr schönes, sauberes und ruhig gelegenes Haus. Abgeschlossener Gartenbereich, ideal für den Hund. Zum Strand max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Überhaupt Strände in der Region zwischen schön und sehr schön. Wir waren im Juni da. Offiziell Hundeverbot am Strand. Aber da kaum ein Mensch am Strand war (egal an welchem) und jeder seinen Hund mit am Strand war, war das kein Problem. Wir waren jeden Tag mit dem Hund am Strand. Gibt leider vor Ort nicht so viel zu sehen. Wenn man bereit ist, 1 - 1,5 Stunden Fahrtzeit zu investieren, ist der Erlebnisfaktor in alle Richtungen groß. Wer Ruhe und Erholung mit schönen Stränden sucht ist hier richtig. Vermieterin sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette jolie maison de Santec. La maison est récente, propre, décorée de façon moderne, tout en restant dans le style "mer". La plage est accessible à pied sans soucis et la région vaut le détour (Roscoff, Saint-Pol-de-Léon, marchés, miellerie, balades sur le sentier côtier, Criée,...).

Ce gite est très bien conçu et bien agréable , le séjour s'est bien passé , le coin est très calme et à proximité de magnifiques paysages . L'acceuil par la propriétaire est aussi une bonne condition ....avec son gateau et ses légumes , c'est appréciable ....et sa bonne humeur ... C'est une bonne adresse de location pour un prix abordable , à renouveler si possible
