About this property

Large comfortable cottage 10 people

This large gite is located in a quiet village in the heart of the 3 large lakes of Champagne, between Forêt d'Orient and Lac du Der.
Starting from a derelict house, we did a lot of work by ourselves to transform it into a charming comfortable and tastefully decorated home.
On the ground floor you will find the functional and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and the dining room. This large, friendly space will allow you to meet with family or friends around the large table for dinner or in the comfortable lounge at aperitif time.
Also on the ground floor you will also find a large bedroom and a bathroom with large walk-in shower, as well as a linen room.
Upstairs you will find 4 large bedrooms (one with shower and sink), a bathroom with shower and separate WC.
The property is completely enclosed with a private courtyard on one side, a terrace and a garden on the other.
This cottage is labeled Tourism and Handicap with a bedroom on the ground floor and the bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Sheets are provided and beds made upon arrival.

Fantastique week-end prolongé entre amis

Cette propriété est parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis ! Décorée avec goût, les petits détails font la différence, on se sent à la maison et non dans un gîte aseptisé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable, les salles de douche propres et modernes, la grande pièce de vie en enfilade cuisine/salle à manger/salon permet de rester tous ensemble. La cuisine est très bien équipée, tout y est pour cuisiner/manger à 10. Et pour ne rien gâcher, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très accueillants. N'hésitez pas, réservez les yeux fermés !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 5 jours, dans cette charmante maison, assez grande pour notre famille (8 adultes et 3 enfants). Les 3 salles de bain et la piece de vie/cuisine ont été très apprécié, en plus du grand jardin et de la cour. Nous remercions les hôtes pour l'accueil. Une annonce plus détaillée sur le bien, les équipements, le matériel à disposition....Etc..serait un plus pour la location du gite. Bonne continuation

Gite charmant avec de très belles chambres, idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Tout à la fois retiré dans la campagne mais à 40min de Troyes donc adapté pour une visite de Troyes dans la journée. Très proche des magasins d'usine également.

Accueil chaleureuse

Nous avons passé un week end dans le gîte pour nous retrouver en famille. Le gîte à beaucoup de charme et très sympas pour se réunir en famille ou entre amis. La propriétaire à été adorable avec nous et très à l'écoute. Je vous conseille vraiment ce grand gîte qui dépayse vraiment ! Merci encore à la propriétaire je lui souhaite bon courage pour la suite.

Gite très agréable pour 10 amies mais surprise d'avoir des voisins

Le gite est très agréable fonctionel avec toutes les commodités mais nous avons été surprise d'apprendre le jour de l'arrivée que nous aurions des voisins le samedi. Etant 10 amies malgré un profond respect pour le voisinage il est difficle de faire des messes basses. Il aurait été préférable de le savoir en avance et éviter cette inconfortable situation.
