About this property

Valras, located at the mouth of the Orb, is a pleasant fishing village and a pretty family Mediterranean seaside resort.
50 m from its huge beach, in a recent, tree-lined, secure residence with private parking and swimming pool, we offer an apartment with terrace of 13 m2, on the 1st floor, facing south, with open views.
It has 1 bedroom with a double bed 140 X 190, a sofa with 2 pull-out beds 80 X 190 in the living room.
The swimming pool, reserved for residents, is open from May to September, supervised in July - August.

Shops opposite the residence: mini-market, bakery, restaurants, laundromat.
City center 1.5 km away: all shops, many summer events.
Local market Monday and Friday, hall on other days.

A copy of the co-ownership regulations is available in the accommodation.
During the inventory, on arrival of vacationers, a deposit check of 500 € will be requested, not cashed and returned at the end of the stay.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances à Valras-plage. Appartement fonctionnel proche de la plage, grande terrasse pour prendre les repas, piscine commune nettoyé tout les jours et surveillé. Agréable accueil de M. SANTOS. La climatisation serait un petit plus. Merci M.RENVOISE pour ce très bon séjour, nous reviendrons.

Appartement 5 mn à pied de la plage

Appartement très bien équipé, lits confortables à quelques minutes de la plage. Donne sur une rue bruyante avec 4 restaurants en face de l'immeuble.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour, appartement très propre et fonctionnel, très bon accueil de mr SANTOS qui est très professionnel, la piscine est nettoyer tous les jours, pour allez a la plage il suffit de traverser la rue. La promenade le long de l'avenue de valras plage est très agréable a faire,que du bonheur.
