It has been completely renovated by the owners themselves in over 30 years of work.

- an equipped indoor kitchen (electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine...)

           -a wc with sink,
         -a mezzanine serving as a library equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people.

The very large heated private swimming pool (13m x 7m) will allow you, whatever the weather, to swim pleasantly without the slightest thrill.
You can evolve on a large terrace of 200 m2, with sunbathing,
parasols, solar shower, footbath ...
At the edge of the swimming pool an arbor with table, armchairs and cushions as well as a shaded terrace will allow you to rest, read, supervise swimming and even enjoy a drink.
All with a superb view of the park, the woods, the garden, nature.
You benefit from the calm of the countryside, just with a few chickens that peck the grass and gallop the insects.

You will spend a large part of your time under the large, comfortable pool enclosure including:
- kitchen furniture, bar, fitted kitchen with tables, barbecue, plancha, gas hot plate, wood-burning oven (for pizza, bread, roast, ...), sink, fridge-freezer, dishwasher ...
- shower and toilet

- Table tennis table, table football, balls, games ...

Terraces exposed to the setting sun for dinner in the evening while admiring nature at nightfall. (table, chair, barbecue, ...)

Sheets, linens, towels and electricity are included in the rental.

The vegetable garden of 500 m2 in which you can pick free fresh organic vegetables (tomatoes, zucchini ... depending on the time) is available.

Danielle and Claude (the owners who live in a house a little further down the road) have a plot with a shed by the Aveyron river on which you can picnic in the shade, swim and fish as well.
They will be there to advise and guide you so that you have a pleasant stay.

The ideal for rental is a week from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m.
