Funky Beachside Bungalow
Eclectic beachside home half a block from one of the prettiest beaches you will ever see! One floor with huge, lush yard perfect if you want to bring your dogs. Two bedroom, one and a half bath with an additional enclosed outdoor shower. Use of one kayak, hula hoops, beach chairs and coolers for your use. Also, an outdoor chimnera, courtyard and grill for your outdoor pleasure.
Mexican tile and wood floor throughout. This is an older, 1940s beach house so bedrooms and bathrooms are smallish. What this house lacks in size it makes up with character -- pretty art and Mexican tile -- this is an art, funky, beachside cottage with plenty of charm -- residential neighborhood which is quiet so not good for parties or super late nights -- this is good for families or mellow couples.
