The balcony view was great. It was a little chilly so it was nice to see the sunrise from the balcony. We also were able to see 2 Satellite launch from the balcony. The room was clean and had all we needed. The only minor issue was the bath towels did have makeup stains on them. They were white, so I am sure to get them 100% clean is hard.

A perfect location on New Smyrna Beach! Just a short beach walk to many restaurants and shops. The hosts were great to work with to ensure our stay was excellent.

4th floor corner condo. Can see clear to space center and watch the rockets go up. Has everything you need for your stay. Just wish it had a king bed.

We loved this condo! The views are amazing, the best on the beach...from the 4th floor you get the unobstructed view of the sunrise over the ocean. The condo itself was great for us and clean! We will definitely stay here again!

We still have some life in them and that is helping us in keeping the price down for our customers. Currently the prices are $250 a night for a one bedroom, $350/night for 2 bedroom in the rest of the building and the units are still not updated and you are not guaranteed Direct Oceanfront Views. At least here your guaranteed a nice clean condo with amazing Direct Oceanfront Views for around $100 a night. We look forward to having you stay at our vacation condo in the near future.
