Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

This property was breathtaking. I enjoyed the sunrise in the morning. We were close to Flagler Avenue to walk to. Everything is close by; i.e. restaurants, shopping, etc. I would highly recommend this condo.

Elevators went out very nice place

Both elevators went out when I was checking out. I had to go up down and up three flights of stairs four times to get my luggage out. I have a broken neck that was tough other than that the property was wonderful. Enjoyed ourselves

4th of July Trip

We really enjoyed the condo. The view was great! Having the code instead of a key was so convenient. The unit was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. My only complaint would be to fix your a/c unit. When the air kicks on, it sounds like a door is being slammed and startled us. It even woke us up from our sleep.

Derrick’s place is fabulous. When booking a condo in FLA you really have to pay attention since places advertising “ocean view” or “oceanfront” can be deceiving. Not the case here. You are OCEANFRONT. Direct clear view of ocean and a beautiful balcony to sip a coffee and watch the sunrise or have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Bed was super comfy, kitchen nicely equipped. Would definitely return and recommend

Wonderful break!

We had a wonderful stay! And found everything exactly as stated in the booking. Two minor inconveniences, the property could use a deep clean, it was neat and tidy when we arrived but it was obvious that there is minimal cleaning in between guests. There was dirt and hair on walls and food debris left in the kitchen just to give a few examples. It was not a huge issue but I did feel it was necessary to wipe things down especially in the bathroom before we could start relaxing. The other inconvenience was the AC unit is extremely loud when it kicks on. We even tried adjusting it to a warmer setting so it didn’t have to run so much, but it continued to turn on every 20-30 minutes throughout the night and kept us up. Both of these things did not stop us from having a wonderful time and enjoying our trip! We can’t wait to stay again!

Almost great

Room was nice. Perfect for occasion. A/C compressor needs to be replaced. Every time it cuts on, it sounds like a Mule kicking the wall. Not a fan of the TV set up. Very slow and difficult to change channels, no guide. I had to call up Direct TV on my phone and look at THEIR guide. Had problems with the door locking. Found key in the lock box, so was able to lock door upon leaving, but not able to get the lock box closed again. Wife not happy with the hanging points in the bath. And needs a light in the Living room next to the window. When you close the blind at night, it’s dark as heck in that corner.

Absolutely perfect place for viewing the sunrise. Two pools to choose from and swings to sit in while viewing unbelievable sunrises. Close to fantastic food and cute shops. The condo building was very clean and smelled great. The condo itself was decorated in clean contemporary decor and had everything you need to stay a week or longer. The owner was very easy to talk to. Loved it and will go back.

This is our 2nd stay at this VRBO & we love it. Location, size, check in, communication is all wonderful. The bathroom is in need of a minor facelift as shower is getting a bit old looking but it definitely didn’t deter us from wanting to stay her or book here again

Needs a deep cleaning!

This condo has been recently remodeled as stated in the online listing and is nice, however it is in need of a deep cleaning! The a/c unit is loud inside the condo, and doesn’t keep up welll, according to the note in the condo, you can’t set the a/c below 71 degrees or it will freeze up. So if you are hot natured, this isn’t the space for you! The bar on the property is not open, and doesn’t appear that it has been for quite some time. However there are a lot of nice restaurants/bars within walking distance. The location is wonderful!

Week at the beach

This place was perfect for the 2 of us. We walked the beach everyday, relaxed by the pool in the afternoon and explored Flagler Ave in the evening. Location was right by everything. We loved it there.
