About this property

Amazing Views and Two Kayaks Ready to Use!

Come to the lake! This spacious one-bedroom top (third) floor condo unit is uniquely located between the Napoli By the Lake Restaurant and a large outdoor swimming pool, right on the water with a guest boat dock. Fantastic views of the lake from the large deck! Sleeps two adults and two small children (under three). This charming, modern end unit has water on two sides, a large master bedroom with king bed and water views, woodburning fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and a wraparound deck with a direct view across the lake. You have the use of a fully furnished kitchen, fully stocked bar area, large bedroom, living room with sectional sofa, and dining area. Two kayaks with paddles and life jackets are available upon request. And the view in the morning and at sunset from the deck is truly spectacular!
The following amenities are provided to all guests during their stay at Bernard's Landing Resort. There is an Amenities Electronic key card you will receive once you check into the condo:

I have two kayaks available that already have resort decals that you can use free or charge. If you bring your own kayaks or canoes you will need to buy decals to use them on the property. They are $5.00 per night.

The wood burning fireplace is available Oct 1 - May 1. Starter blocks are provided.
Please keep in mind that this is a penthouse (third floor) condo with no elevator so you will need to walk up and down stairs.

Perfect place to stay for a quick trip to smith mountain lake- we took advantage of the kayaks, walked to dinner and Napolis, the condo was stocked with snacks and games, and was clean and cozy. Communication with the host was great too! Would stay here again with my partner

The condo is very comfortable for 2 people and the view from the balcony is beautiful. We went to the indoor pool and spa and had the whole place to ourselves. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

Amazing View. Best view of any of the properties I looked at. Plus it’s hard to beat a top floor end unit if you’re purchasing a condo because you have so much privacy and freedom.

Bernard’s Landing offers so many amenities it’s hard to experience them all. A great community with an equally amazing staff. The morning sunrise is perhaps the most enjoyable experience for most guests.
