3 BR 2 BA Reverse Living townhouse in Lavallette. Saturday to Saturday rentals. Lavallette beaches were rated the #1 beach in NJ north of LBI by NJ.com. Located on the ocean block of New Jersey Avenue. You can access the beach and boardwalk without crossing the street. The house boasts central air conditioning, new carpet throughout, new stainless appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen, and cable TV and Wi-Fi. Families and friends alike will enjoy the reverse-living layout with an open floor plan. The upstairs main living space provides a beautifully redone kitchen, with seating for 9 (a 6-person dining table and 3 bar stools at the counter) along with dining and living room areas. A sliding glass door provides accesses to the second-story balcony. Two bedrooms are located upstairs (one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds), as well as a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs provides guests with another bedroom (two twin beds), a twin-sized daybed, and a bathroom with shower. The downstairs sliding glass door leads to the back deck with an enclosed outside shower and a grill. The property provides two on-site parking spaces and off-street parking. THE HOME SLEEPS A TOTAL OF 7 PEOPLE. NO PETS, NO SMOKING AND NO SUB-LEASING. Pillows and comforters are included. Sheets and towels are not provided. Only Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during the summer high season. Act fast before the best summer weeks are taken!

Great location
Enjoyed our stay. Property was as advertised. Easy walk to the beach - close to the boardwalk which was nice for walking in the morning. Walking distance to some restaurants and Colonial Bakery. Can hear early morning and late night road noise which is was the only negative.

Nice place. Good Value
Place is nice, clean and close to the beach. Could use some modernizing but overall it was good. Main living space (kitchen, living room & two bedrooms) are on the second floor which can be a problem if you have someone who doesn't handle stairs easily. That's not a knock on the place just a heads up. Cannot beat proximity to the beach and private driveway for parking was great.
