Live the beach lifestyle with every modern convenience! Roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo only 10 minutes from Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey. Surrounded by craft beer, tax-free outlet shopping, and fantastic food. Three 65" 4k TVs with 221+ channels and OnDemand, touchscreen Amazon Echos, dimmable LED lighting, and ultra high speed wi-fi. Fully renovated with luxurious flooring, quartz counter tops, new furniture, and appliances. Free washer/dryer, free coffee, free parking, and free water views.

High Tech Hideaway is an 1100 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath private condo that includes QLED voice-activated Smart TVs, Amazon devices, dimmable LED lighting, and ultra high speed wi-fi throughout. Fans, lighting, thermostat, and even door locks are voice controlled.

The living room includes seating for eight, two sleeper sofas, and a breakfast bar. The dining room hosts seating for six, and with the breakfast bar, can accommodate a total of eight.

The kitchen includes brand new bright quartz countertops, new sink and garbage disposal, dishware for eight, and all cookware in case you and your party want to dine in. Also included is a K-cup maker which can make a single cup or full pot. We supply a wide choice of coffee for your stay.

The master bedroom hosts a comfortable, new queen-sized bed, dresser, and dual night stands, as well as an alarm clock charging pad, and walk-in closet. The en-suite master bathroom hosts dual vanities, hotel hand towels, washcloths, full towels, and hair dryer. We also provide a luggage stand for your bags in case you don't want to unpack.

The second bedroom provides a massive full over full bunk bed with pull-out trundle (max weight rating 700 lbs). This bedroom also includes a dresser, bean bag, space to relax after a long day at the beach, and huge walk-in closet. Second bathroom is hallway accessible, includes hotel towel rack to hang your beach towels, shower/bath, and closet for storage.

Outdoor patio includes a water view overlooking a large fountain and pond, rocking Adirondack chairs, wind chimes and the perfect vibe.

Headed to the beach? We provide six high quality beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, buckets, shovels, and a boogie board.

Utility room includes washer and dryer, trash and recycling bins, fold-out ironing board in case you need to iron a shirt for a night out on the town.

Cleaning - Our cleaning costs are actually much more than what we charge. We are trying to help out our guests by charging a lower amount. If you'd like an additional cleaning during your stay (recommended for stays longer than 4 days), we are able to provide it.

Linens - Many short term rentals don't provide linens as part of the rental, but we do! We include linens because we want you to be comfortable and not have to worry about bringing your own.

Everything you could need and more!

We decided to do a quick girls weekend! The accommodations were lovely. The neighborhood great. The beds were comfortable. It felt like home with everything you could need and then some. It was a great location, near the beach, and right across the street from great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely come again!

Comfortable and seamless

This property is well located, relaxing, clean, organized, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The WiFi worked well, the screens in porch overlooks a storm water retention pond with a fountain and was Tommy and clean. The owners have spices, condiments and all you will need to a temporary visit. My friend and I would stay again.

We had a great time renting the High Tech Hideaway. Communication with the owner was great. The codes for everything make it so easy for multiple people to come and go. All beds were very comfortable and we loved the extras like the beach chairs that were provided. We would love to come back!

Wonderful place! The apartment is beautiful and really comfortable. It really made a difference in making our quick beach getaway more enjoyable. The place is very conveniently located: just 10 minutes from the beach and boardwalk area without traffic and a couple of minutes from pretty much anywhere else (i.e. supermarket, fast food, restaurant, stores). Jeff is a great and very responsive host. Highly recommended.

Just a few guys laid back hanging out , going golfing and having a few brews in the area. House was set up nicely and Alexa provided music and helped with lights fans and locking the place up. Right by Rehoboth Diner and short drive from golf course and other places we wanted to go

When my family and I stayed at the beach, we always noticed that the hotels lacked modern conveniences, and were exorbitantly priced. They also didn't provide the things needed to make a stay a real "vacation."

"High Tech Hideaway" was created to give our guests all of the modern technology conveniences close to the beach at a reasonable price, while also providing everything you need to ensure a relaxing time away. We chose Rehoboth Beach and the Lewes area because of the outstanding restaurants, beaches, nature, and shopping available in the area. There's always something to do and enjoy, even on rainy days.

What makes this property unique

We provide linens, towels, and washcloths. We provide coffee, tea, and hot cocoa at no charge. We also provide beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cornhole and other amenities to make your time at the beach enjoyable. We want you to enjoy your hard-earned time away, and not have to worry.
