We love this property for its location, ample parking, proximity to town, view of the canal from the balcony, cleanliness of the property and the quick response from the hosts if we have any questions. 3rd year in a row we’ve stayed here and look forward to many more. Perfect for our needs (2 bedrooms, 2 baths) and the kitchen has all the essentials for eating in. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to 2 great restaurants on either end of the dock along the canal that are a 2-5 minute walk away. Also located along the docks are tour boats (Cape Water Tours) for sunset cruises, dolphin watching and more. Reserve early, they fill up fast.

Adorable 2 bed 2 bath condo! 8 min walk to the beach (can drive too theres beach parking & bathrooms!) and just over the bridge to get into town! It was a wonderful stay we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful location! Walkable to shops and restaurants. The balcony overlooking the canal was fabulous. Interior was a bit dated but it was fine for our long weekend stay. I would definitely return.

We booked this place for a lacrosse tournament instead of a hotel. What a gem! Great view from the balcony, easy walk to town and to the beach. There is just enough- kitchen items, space for a family, pool. The owners communicated well too. We really enjoyed our long weekend away!

This was our fourth stay at this condo in Lewes. We love the location - close to town and restaurants and on the canal which is great for watching boats and birds from the balcony. This year we saw dolphins one day and turtles near the dock. My grandsons and I particularly like the pool - especially welcome following time at the beach. We don’t cook much while here, but the kitchen is well stocked if you are so inclined. Beds are comfortable, water pressure is great. The is a laundry room down the hall (1.25 per load for washer, same for dryer). Owners are very pleasant and communicate well. If the space suits your needs you won’t regret staying here! Hope to be back next year!

Everything was kind of small, but as time went on, we realized it was actually perfect. Sitting out on the balcony was awesome watching the boats go in and out. Overall, everything was fantastic & would definitely stay again.
