5 minutes by car from the beach of Erretegia and the city center of Bidart, apartment terrace in residence on the 1st floor of a secure building. It is located on the garden side, with 2 bedrooms, one on the mezzanine, a lounge / living room, a bathroom with toilet, a furnished balcony. Residence located in a quiet area.

You will need to bring your own linen. If desired with supplement: end of stay cleaning. See prices in description below.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. Provide your linen, the beds are double standard size, on the ground floor type sofa bed.

You must make the apartment clean, cleaned and tidy.

To guarantee the cleaning done by our travelers, we require a deposit of 50 € on site (by check or cash) on arrival. It is returned at check-out after checking the cleanliness of the accommodation. We thank you for your understanding.

If you would like an additional service such as end-of-stay cleaning done by us, you will be charged 50 € on arrival.

Finally, we offer the possibility of a late arrival service beyond 8 p.m .:
- 8 p.m. and 10 p.m .: € 30, from 10 p.m. until midnight: € 50
