Full size 2nd bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Completely furnished kitchen with NEW stainless-steel appliances. Eat in kitchen for two. Dining room seats 6. Watch your 50" flat screen TV from the comfortable couch and chairs. Decorated to perfection! Beautiful tile floors throughout. Enjoy eating meals or relaxing on your furnished lanai which overlooks the lake and lighted fountain. Includes laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. 3 neighborhood pools!
