This first floor completely renovated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo first has an open floor plan to accommodate 4 people comfortably. Master bedroom has a king size bed with wall mounted flat screen tv, full bath and walk in closet. Second bedroom has two twin beds with flat screen tv and adjacent full bath. Kitchen is complete with all stainless steel appliances, pantry, large island and breakfast bar. The living space has room to eat in dining room or out on the screened lanai. Relax in the family room while watching the 50 inch HD flat screen. This home is also equipped with full washer and dryer. There are 3 pools in the complex within walking distance. The main clubhouse is equipped with a sauna, two professional size pool tables, card rooms and an outdoor hot tub. There is a 60 day min rental requirement.

Perfect escape

Loved staying here. Missing 2 of the worse months of Indiana winter weather in Naples Florida was great. The condo was very nice, clean and in a beautiful well kept gated community. The neighbors very friendly and welcoming. The location was so convenient to everything. Our host went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We were very blessed.
