Come and recharge your batteries in this maisonette with contemporary decor, just 1.5 km from the beaches and 2 km from the town, its shops and market every Sunday morning. This pleasant house of over 40m2 with a capacity of 5 people, located in the quiet of the Domaine de Guidel, in a green setting with its daily light will be the ideal place for your stay.
The house includes:

- 1 open fitted kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe (bed linen provided)
- 1 sofa bed (with the rapido system) in the living room for sleeping 2 people

Séjour agreable, mais améliorations à prévoir

La résidence est calme et le logement conforme à l'annonce. Les espaces communs extérieurs, dont espaces verts, nécessiteraient un entretien important. Dans le logement, la literie de la chambre est extrêmement "fatiguée", son remplacement est urgent car très inconfortable.

Propriétaire reactive lors de nos échanges / communication. Bon accueil sur place par Natacha. Situation géographique adaptée pour des visites en voiture dans un rayon de 1h00. Accès facile, et très calme. Il s'agit d'un ancien centre de vacances comite d'entreprise Air France dont les logements ont été revendus à des particuliers. Très peu de fréquentation pendant notre séjour. Manque peut-être une vue dégagée.
