Able to accommodate 6 people, this spacious loft of 110 m2 (+ 22m2 terrace) offers you:
- on the first level: a large living room opening onto a modern fully equipped kitchen, dominated by a beautiful metal staircase and a large glass roof, 1 large bedroom of 20m2, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, an office space, separate WC .
- on the 2nd level, a large bedroom of 28m2 (with a queen-size bed) open to a reading lounge equipped with an extremely comfortable convertible sofa (possibility of separation), a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet.
You will take advantage of the large terrace to relax on the deckchairs, have breakfast or dine in the evening with complete peace of mind.
