Nestled at the foot of the castle, in an atypical and very charming setting, this 66m² house is the perfect place to relax and explore the region.
Nestled at the foot of the Bishop’s Castle, this charming 66 m² village house is the perfect getaway to relax and discover Provence.

Just a 2-minute walk from the village center, shops, and restaurants, with hiking trails starting right from your doorstep. Nearby, you’ll find plenty of activities: the famous Fontaine-de-Vaucluse spring, golf, canoeing, treetop adventure parks, Luberon hilltop villages, and Provençal markets.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living/dining area with air conditioning, TV, and WiFi. Step outside to a large shaded terrace, turned into a summer kitchen with barbecue and dining space — ideal for enjoying meals or relaxing by the river.

Upstairs, two connecting bedrooms and a sofa bed provide comfortable accommodation for families. The house also includes a bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet, plus an additional separate toilet downstairs.

A public parking lot is located 100 m from the path leading to the house (please note: not accessible for people with reduced mobility).

Wonderful location

Beatrice was an amazing host - thoughtful and responded very quickly to any inquiries we had. The location was wonderful for exploring the village and the sound of the river at night was a lullaby to sleep to.

This is a great place to experience a little of the history of this town. While facilities have everything to make you comfortable you are in a building of some history without a modern renovation to help with a unique experience. It is exceptional value.

Charming

Charming and well equipped house in a very beautiful, green, quiet surroundings, just a couple of minutes away from the village square –with occasional market with wine and cheese from local producers– and small grocery shop. The sounds of the river Sorgue and the nice beds made us sleep like babies during all of our stay and kept the air fresh. We spent a lot of time under the grapevine in the terrace, from which ypu can see the pretty rooftops. Béatrice was a more than wonderful host, very kind, welcoming and attentive. From Fontaine de Vaucluse you can explore the whole Provence and beyond (even by public bus network with very kind drivers!) or you can stay in the area, take walks, cycle and enjoy the stunning nature and landscapes that made Petrarca choose this place for a living. No wonder. Thank you Béatrice and family. We look forward visiting you again.

Véritable petit coin de paradis

Trois copines de +70 ans en vadrouille et qui découvrent une magnifique région...hébergement parfait qui domine le village, très bien accueillies par la propriétaire.... Le village est magnifique et la région nous régale tout au long de nos divers parcours et découvertes.... Superbe petit séjour

Charmant et atypique

Vieille maison de village qui a un peu vieillie (cuisine ancienne, fissures au mur, Fayence de la baignoire décollée ) Mais endroit très charmant et atypique avec sa terrasse couverte, vieille vigne et décoration du Maroc et jeu de Marelle peint au sol pour les enfants . Emplacement idéal au cœur de Fontaine et propriétaire charmante. Logement qui vaut le détour et permet de loger jusqu’à 6personnes pour un faible coût! Je recommande !
