AMAZING Florida pool home. 2300 square feet of Florida joy...
This home is completely updated and is furnished beautifully. Always professionally cleaned & sanitized...!
There is a formal living room complete with baby grand piano, formal dining room with china and silver service. Very functional cherry cabinet kitchen, with stainless steal appliances, island and eating area. Family room with large screen tv. Split floor plan home with master bedroom and bath on one end and the other two remaining bedrooms on the other end. It's the outdoor covered patio area and outdoor kitchen that makes this home spectacular, complete with weber grill. The heated pool is right out the door, completely screened in with two separate sitting areas. The beautiful yard with privacy completes this rental. This house is suitable for non smoking caring people who enjoy better things and are willing to take care of them.

When I'm "Home".... I enjoy my morning coffee at my outdoor dining room table. Breakfast is also enjoyed there as well, or inside while watching the news at the glass top kitchen table. The pool is kept at a comfortable temperature and is just steps out the French doors. This screened in pool will provide hours of enjoyment. Mix your favorite beverage at the outdoor bar, plenty of ice in the freezer and lots of room in the fridge for your beverages. Dinner could be anywhere of three places....informally poolside or indoors in the eating area off the kitchen, or quite possibly in the formal dining room. Palm Bay also offers plenty of dining experiences. You'll be about 15-20 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful beaches. About an hour and a half from Disney and close by several water parks. So many things to do and see....perhaps take a short drive and visit the Kennedy Space Center...they have a space shuttle in there!
Or....as many many do....just sit by the pool and enjoy being warm!

If you feel your children will be responsible & if you assume full responsibility & liability for them, they are welcome. Great Pool Home

We had a great time! The property is just as described. The 24/7 heated pool was a great addition. The outside bar and fridge was super handy. We stayed for 7 nights and would happily stay here again.

Great get away without the kids

After a small situation with the pool upon check In, the owner figured out a solution and got it cleaned quickly. The property was amazing. Very clean and enjoyable for my wife and I for a business mixed with pleasure trip to this area. I would definitely recommend this property. We would stay here again.

Yearly Retreat

Our annual vacation retreat at this wonderful home, in fact twice this year was fantastic and so relaxing. As always, the house, which has everything was spotless and very clean. Once you step out toward the pool and garden area, you feel like you are in the Caribbean's, so so tranquillizing, peaceful, and quiet. Till next year!

Family Visit

We stayed in Daniel’s home when we came to the area to meet our new grandson. It was the perfect place to stay and visit with family. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. Home away from home

This was a great place to stay with my immediate family; it had a great feel, clean, well equipped and easy to settle in. With the pool and outdoor seating and catering area it lends itself to a comfortable self contained stay. Shops and other facilities are a little drive away but easy enough to get to. The host information was easy to follow and made us feel welcome. Thank you.

Yearly Getaway

This is our 2nd trip back to our favorite getaway in Florida. This house is impeccable inside and out. The pool is awesome. The kitchen has everything you need. The host, Daniel was available for any questions and his book of instructions was very useful. We are looking forward to next year.

Felt like home away from home

Our yearly stay

We love this property so much. This is the second year my daughter and I have stayed here and it’s really our favorite get away. Didn’t seem like things were as clean as they were in the past ( counters and dishes and such) but the towels are always clean and the beds are always made up very nicely. There is even a pool guy that shows up and cleans the pool. We will definitely be back again next year!

perfect mother/daughter vaca

Wonderful vacation for me and my daughter. The house is beautiful, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and the seating was exceptional! In so many places, the couches and chairs seem to be an afterthought, but not here! And the pool area! We pretty much spent all day outside! The owner was very friendly and helpful with church and restaurant suggestions. Will definitely consider this place for future mother/daughter retreats! Thank you Daniel, for opening your home!

Lovely and relaxing

I stayed here with my mom who is almost 80 and has some physical limitations. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood; it was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We wound up not staying for the entire duration I had booked because mom wanted to come home and sleep in her own bed - how can I say no to mom? I would definitely recommend this property. Daniel, the host, was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had and did his best to make sure we were comfortable.

Wonderful getaway home to rejuvenate

This home with a fantastic pool including screened cover has everything one can image and more. It reminds a person of a holiday one dreams of, where you lay in a private pool with an umbrella drinks on a float, every day minus a Butler. The home was very very clean. The host left detailed instructions and also checked-in to see if we needed anything. Plenty of grocery shopping, other shopping, and variety of restaurants are in the area. This is our 5th Vrbo home rental. By far, we love this one the best. We will plan to be back next year.

Accommodating, Clean Home! No bugs. Pool water is perfect temp!

Stayed 5 nights for Florida Tech visit. We were pleasantly surprised not seeing one bug inside! Daniel is accommodating & thoughtful! Beds are Cozy w Comfortable bedding. From Spa feel towels to newer Washer/Dryer, to the lovely tuned Piano to Board Games to Tv's inside & outside to the bar to beach towels to the Perfect pool water temp, we ENJOYED this place that trully is a "Home". Daniel is the BEST host. Thoughtfully provides a book with valuable info for a stress free stay. We three will happily stay again. The only thing missing was the rest of our family to share memories made here. . LOVE TO STAY AGAIN! we
