On the 2nd and top floor of a secure building (built in 2006) with an elevator, come and enjoy this 42mÂČ one-bedroom apartment with sea and island views.

For your comfort, it features a private entrance with a closet, a living room with a kitchen/dining area (oven, stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) and a lounge area with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a balcony overlooking the ocean with outdoor furniture, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a closet, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. A private underground parking space / Bicycle storage

The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT)

Tourist tax is extra: €1.10 per person per day (except for those under 18)

Cleaning is optional: €80

Appartement fantastique, trĂšs propre et surtout trĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  l’écart des terrasses en bord de mer (et du bruit) mais assez prĂšs pour y aller Ă  pied.Stationnement privĂ© souterrain sous la maison indispensable dans la rĂ©gion.Nous avons adorĂ©.

Joli appartement tout confort

Appartement idĂ©alement situĂ©, sur la plage avec une vue magnifique et de splendides couchers de soleil, au calme Ă  15 minutes Ă  pied du centre . Le seul bĂ©mol: le portail d accĂšs au garage est Ă©troit et il faut ĂȘtre vigilant pour ne pas abĂźmer sa voiture.

Das Appartement befindet sich auf der zweiten (obersten) Etage eines modernisierten, gepflegten Hauses an der Strandpromenade. Die Zimmer sind hell, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, KĂŒchenzeile und Bad sind funktional und neuwertig. Der Balkon geht zum Meer (nach Westen) hinaus. FĂŒr das Auto gibt es einen festen Platz in der Tiefgarage (enge Zufahrt), von der aus man mit dem Fahrstuhl auf die Etage gelangt. Zum Zentrum (Markt, Restaurants, BĂ€cker) sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten. Es gibt keine störenden GerĂ€usche. Das Meer kann bei Wind und Flut auch mal etwas lauter zu hören sein. Durch die Agentur Orpi wird man sehr freundlich betreut.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ©s 2 semaines Ă  Chatelaillon-Plage , l’appartement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© tout Ă  fait conforme Ă  la description rien ne manquait.. le marchĂ© public Ă  distance de marche , la belle promenade de plusieurs kilomĂštres le long de la mer et le stationnement intĂ©rieur est trĂšs pratique malgrĂ© l’accĂšs exigue

Appartement idéalement situé, trÚs proche de la mer avec tout le confort et une super belle vue. Le parking en sous-sol est difficilement accessible à une grande voiture (manoeuvres assez difficiles à réaliser) mais il y a possibilité de parking à l'extérieur , du moins en hors saison. Nous y reviendrons sûrement!
