Die Anlage, inkl Pool war sehr gepflegt und die Gegend war auch toll. Aber: die Wohnung hat leider einiges an Mängeln aufzuweisen. Der Kanalisationsgeruch in den Badezimmern ist immer noch vorhanden. Bei einer der Toiletten war die Spülung defekt. Die Balkonmöbel waren zum Großteil defekt, nur ein Stuhl war mängelfrei/ nutzbar. Die Beleuchtungen auf den Balkonen und im Flur funktionierten nicht und es gab leider noch weitere Mängel in der Ferienwohnung. Die Sauberkeit war okay. Die Ausstattung war auch nur zufriedenstellend, nur zwei Stühle am Esstisch, das Mobiliar erscheint insgesamt auch schon sehr abgenutzt. Für uns überwiegen insgesamt leider die Mängel.

Vale a pena

O apartamento correspondeu globalmente ao esperado. A localização é boa, em ambiente tranquilo. Piscina agradável. Espaços exteriores limpos e organizados. Nota negativa para a ausência de wi-fi / ligação à internet. O gestor, Dominique, foi simplesmente fantástico no acolhimento e no acompanhamento da estadia.

Férias em Vilamoura

Aspectos positivos: Piscina exelente, zona muito calma, apartamento espaçoso e cozinha muito bem equipada. Aspectos negativos: Cheiro a saneamento dentro do apartamento, alguns móveis com falta de manutenção, falta de tapetes nos wc, falta de limpeza em geral e não ter Wi-Fi.

Condomínio Vilamoura

Uma experiência agradável, casa com boas áreas e piscina muito boa. Não voltarei apenas com uma razão, a falta de wifi na casa é extrema importância, e o facto de também ser aliado à falta de canais na TV apenas ter o básico. De resto só tenho a agradecer ao Sr. Dominique pela sua atenção e simpatia. Obrigada
