Great location & home!

Stayed here for a 3-day Girl’s Weekend. The home’s layout (3-bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms was perfect). Well appointed amenities in the home. Location couldn’t be better as we were close to Sand Hallow with St. George and Zion just a short drive. My 2nd time staying there but I’m sure there will be a 3rd.

Wonderful home for our family

Nicer Than Expected

Very nice property. Pics don’t do justice. Decorated well, fantastic location and great service. Would stay again and have already recommended to family. Only issue was master bedroom mattress is far too soft.

Peaceful & Relaxing

From the golf course view to the bunnies hopping by on our back porch to the central location to Zion, Bryce, and North Rim everything about our stay was great! The place is kept clean and maintained, two very important criteria for our family. And Red Sands communicates with you exceptionally well during the entire process, starting from before your travel day, to check in, to check out. They really seem to want to make sure your stay is pleasant. And it was!

Great Vacation

This is a beautiful and comfortable house, where we felt very much at home. The rooms were all spacious and well appointed. Our family always brings card/board games on vacation and there were great places to hang out and play, both upstairs and down. We also enjoyed the ping pong table that was provided. I wish the weather had been nice enough to enjoy the great views from the patio and decks but we were still able to enjoy the view from inside, sitting in front of the fireplace! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a majority of our meals at home, including spices and fun serving dishes. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location with room enough to stretch out

I would stay in Coral Springs again while visiting St George. All beds were super comfortable. We loved having two master bed/baths that had large enough closets if you opted to set up a pack n play for a little one. The garage was set up with a ping pong table and could also park a car inside. Communication with the property manager was excellent for any amenities that were missing or not working properly. Even if it’s after hours, they will respond to the text message that greets you. Would stay at this property again. Thanks for a great time!

The address was wrong on VRBO

The property once found was beautiful, beds all comfortable, very clean, stocked with what we needed. The only problem was the address was wrong on the VRBO map. We thought we were renting South of St George, and the property is located in Washington (21 miles north and a 30 min drive from our needed destination). Vrbo and the property management were understanding and have corrected the map, letterheads, and handout and compensated us for our inconvenience. Would work with Redsands vacation again and will continue to book with VRBO.

Very very nice!!

Extremely well-built and high-quality newer construction condo in a fantastic location. Pics don't do justice at all. Far nicer than expected. Location is central to several national parks, including the north rim of Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. I would certainly recommend to anyone and have already highly recommended to family. The only issue we had was the master bedroom mattress was unusably soft. Fortunately, the third bedroom upstairs had a king size bed that was perfect. Excellent service and full amenities as well. We actually stayed on for an extra night. Would definitely consider returning again.

Great house but listing had an issue

When we booked the house the listing showed a different property address. It was important for us because we wanted to stay next to the convention center but the location was 15 mins away from the downtown. After some arguing with the property owner we received $50 gas reimbursement. The property manager assured us it was VBRO mistake. The house itself was clean, welcoming and we had all we need for our 5 nights stay. I would stay in this house again but for the better price since it is not located in the town center. Thank you

Nice home, plenty of room

We stayed at this home for 10 days while visiting family and friends. Overall the home is very nice and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking items. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and the view of the golf course. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool access was easy and the pool was clean. The beds were comfortable. There were some maintenance issues. One of the guest bathrooms was not clean. A burner on the gas stovetop did not work. One of the living room chairs was broken. The microwave quit working during our stay. Also at the end of our stay the kitchen sink was backing up due to the garbage disposal. We did notify the rental company about the issues and staff did respond via text, however nothing was addressed during our stay. We also noticed that for a higher end home rental, the bedding and pillows were old and worn. Marks on the sheets and discoloration on pillows. Ovwrall I would recommend this property if maintenance issues are improved.
