Beautiful stone house with pool

In the Entre-Deux-Mers region, 15 mins from Bordeaux city center (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), our house is ideally located for visiting the many Bordeaux vineyards (Saint Emilion 30 mins, Médoc 50 min, Pessac-Léognan at 30 min, Sauternes at 45 min), you will also be close to the ocean beaches (1 hour from Lacanau, Cap Ferret or the Dune du Pyla) and Périgord.

You can enjoy the historical heritage of our beautiful region such as Bastides, Abbeys and Castles.

Nearby (10 mins), you can explore the Entre-Deux-Mers region on an old railway line transformed into a 50 km long cycle track.

Very beautiful longère type stone house of 135 m² on a wooded plot of 1,800 m² in a quiet cul-de-sac with a superb view over a valley.
House with barbecue and terrace directly overlooking the private swimming pool (9x4) and secured by a roller shutter.

Our house is composed of a large cathedral living room in exposed stones of 56 m² with open fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a large bathroom with double sink, shower and spa bath.

A beautiful, quiet location

We had a wonderful time in Bonnetan! This house is spacious, well equipped to a high standard and extremely clean. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We definitely want to come back.

Lovely property, beautifully clean and exactly as the pictures suggest. Pascal and Laurence were exceptionally friendly and helpful, we had a great week here. The location is slightly out of the way, so had to drive everywhere as the main road is too busy to walk, but other than this we couldn’t fault it. The house is really well equipped and the pool was fab (if slightly chilly due to the mixed weather!). Plenty to visit in the local area, particularly recommend Saint Emilion.

Fantastic property

Could not rate this property more highly. Not only is it located in a wonderful region of France, and only 15km from Bordeaux but in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the hustle and bustle. The property and pool were both stunning and Pascal & Laurence could not have been more supportive, accomodating or helpful. I would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing holiday in idyllic surroundings.

Fabulous holiday home with pool

We stayed at this house for two weeks with our two adult children and their partners. Pascal and Laurence were very welcoming and checked in with us during the holiday to offer advice and answer questions but they were not intrusive. The house is well stocked with everything you need and the pool was very welcoming when the weather was hot. The location is excellent for exploring the region and we would definitely visit again!!

Fantastisch!

Met ons gezin met 4 tieners twee weken in het huisje verbleven. Zeer schoon, compleet en goed onderhouden. Op een rustige locatie vol privacy, maar op korte afstand van talloze bezienswaardigheden. Het contact met de eigenaars verliep prettig, we voelden ons zeer welkom. Pascal en Laurence, ontzettend bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid en vertrouwen en heel graag tot ziens!

Vacances parfaites!!!

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances magnifiques à Bonnetan. Tout était parfait. La maison est située à la fin d’une impasse. Très calme, vue dégagée, commerces à proximité. Elle dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour un agréable séjour. Il y a même pleins de jeux pour les enfants! Pascal et Laurence étaient très sympathiques et toujours à l’écoute en cas de besoin. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Il y a pleins d’endroits à visiter (Bordeaux, St Émilion, Bassin d’Arcachon, Lacanau, Château la Brède…) Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Superbe maison

La maison est magnifique, telle que décrite dans l'annonce, pas de mauvaise surprise. Pascal, le propriétaire, est très soucieux de prendre soin de ses hôtes et fait le nécessaire pour que le séjour se déroule parfaitement. L'accueil par Caroline sur place était impeccable. Le grand jardin et la piscine à l'arrière de la maison sont parfaits pour des vacances reposantes et ressourçantes. Bordeaux est facilement accessible. Nous sommes allés à Lacanau, à la dune du Pyla et à l'intérieur des terres (Saint Emilion, le chateau de la Brède, Cadillac, ...). Magnifiques ! Trois petites choses à améliorer : il n'y a pas de wifi (difficile pour les ados :-) ,pas de solution facile pour l'évacuation des poubelles (celles doivent être déposées en voiture à 2 km) et le nettoyage doit être réalisé par les vacanciers. Mais pour le reste, tout est parfait :-)

Visite de Bordeaux et ses alentours

Bonjour, Notre séjour s est très bien déroulé. Le logement est splendide et correspond tout à fait aux photos de l annonce. Logement propre. Tous les équipements dont on a besoin au quotidien sont disponibles sur place (bbq, transats neufs et en suffisance, machine à laver fer à repasser etc). Nous avons été accueillis par Caroline qui est charmante, flexible et de très bons conseils sur la region. Le centre "ville" de Fargues Saint hilares est à 2kms (mieux vaut y aller en voiture) et dispose d'une boulangerie, d'un boucher, d un supermarché etc. Très pratique. En ce qui concerne les alentours, Bordeaux est accesible facilement en transports en commun. Saint Emilion n est qu à 30min de route grand max. Arcachon et les villes côtières comme Lacanau sont à 1h de route ou un peu plus (attention qu il y a souvent du traffic sur la rocade de Bordeaux qu il faut emprunter sur une petite portion) A Lacanau nous avons surfé via l école Aloha Surf et avons été très contents. Belle decouverte. En bref nous avons passé un agréable séjour. A peut-être considérer, l accès au wifi dans la maison qui n est pas disponible actuellement. A savoir aussi la piscine n est pas chauffée. Malgré cela, c était très bien. Ce ne sont que des détails. Merci

Vacances idéales

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines avec nos 2 filles de 15 et 21 ans. Maison très agréable, parfaitement équipée, dans un environnement très calme, idéal pour se reposer, avec une superbe vue.
