Large cottage with pool for 15 people in western Aveyron

Old renovated farmhouse, independent located at the entrance of a hamlet so very quiet.
Located only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Toulouse between Albi and Rodez (10 km from the expressway), it allows you to explore West Aveyron and SĂ©gala.
Completely redone and refurbished, the rental is scheduled to open in May 2020. Central heating in winter and wood stove in the main room. Private swimming pool in the farmhouse courtyard at the cottage in summer. Holiday rental under 4 * certification, planned for 15 people. The cottage allows the reception of a group of friends, hikers, or an extended family. It is open for rental all year round, summer weekdays from Saturday to Saturday, the rest of the year on request.
Large cottage of 300 m2, 6 bedrooms (including 2 with private bathroom), 2 shared bathrooms, 3 WCs.
The main room is 75mÂČ with a large lounge area, a large table and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, 2 dishwashers, American fridge, fan oven, etc.)
Enclosed garden at the front, large courtyard at the back with a 120mÂČ terrace covered by a covered courtyard for your outdoor banquets. Table tennis table, outdoor games, multimedia equipment (TV console, dvd player), wifi, barbecue, large parking. The rental starts from € 600 for weekends with prices varying according to the season. Weekend entre amis, 4 familles. Le lieu Ă©tait parfait! Des couchages de qualitĂ©, les enfants ont pu partager des chambres, 1 pour les filles et une pour les garçons,et 4 belles chambres pour les parents. Des espaces pour que chacun puisse cohabiter sans se gĂȘner. Un canapĂ© de rĂȘve pour partager. Maison rĂ©novĂ©e avec goĂ»t, equipĂ©e de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Séjour idéal en famille dans cette vaste habitation rénovée avec goût. Maison trÚs confortable (piÚces spacieuses, literie de qualité, beaucoup de salles de bain et de wc), trÚs bien équipée (2 réfrigérateurs, 2 lave-vaisselles, vaisselle, jeux pour petits et grands, équipement bébé...) et idéalement située pour découvrir la région. La maison est top. Conforme Ă  la description voir mieux. Hyper agrĂ©able il ne manque absolument rien on se sent comme Ă  la maison. Literie trĂšs confortable. A l extĂ©rieur nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ©s le prĂ©au, piscine, Ping Pong, badminton
. La maison est tellement grande que tout le monde peut avoir ses petits moments. Elle est trĂšs bien exposĂ©e nous n’avons donc pas souffert des fortes chaleurs. CĂ©dric et ses parents sont trĂšs sympathiques. Petit mot d’Aubin 9 ans qui tenait Ă  recommander la maison. La maison est trĂšs bien, la piscine rafraĂźchissante, il y a une table de Ping Pong et quand on sort il y a de belles riviĂšres (les avalats) le seul problĂšme les mouches. Petits conseils des parents bougies de citronnelle et vinaigre de cidre chaud.

TrĂšs beau gĂźte

Nous avons séjourné en août dans le gßte. Il est vraiment trÚs grand, propre et fonctionnel (deux lave-vaisselles et deux frigos, beaucoup de vaisselle disponible). La cour intérieure et le jardin sont clos ce qui permet de laisser courir les enfants. Les jeunes ont adoré la piscine et les BDs à disposition. Lorsque nous avions une question, les propriétaires étaient toujours trÚs réactifs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Je recommande.

Nous avons passĂ© un week-end entre amis magique ! CĂ©dric et ses parents ont Ă©tĂ© de trĂšs bons hĂŽtes, la communication Ă©tait simple et chaleureuse. Le gĂźte offre des Ă©quipements exceptionnels. Une literie confortable, une dĂ©coration faites avec goĂ»t, une disposition des piĂšces qui permet d'ĂȘtre nombreux mais en ayant tous notre intimitĂ©, l'extĂ©rieur est amĂ©nagĂ© de façon Ă  ce qu'on puisse passer des soirĂ©es Ă  l'abri conviviales en musique.
