Not just a vacation rental but also an art gallery, Furnished with everything you need, wifi and a Smart tv, you can bring your Rokku or stream free channels, all you need to bring is your food, drink, and laundry detergent. Leatherwood House is Cozy for Two and Comfortable for six. Easy to find, Hard to leave, come to the woods for a soothe the soul experience. There are multiple decks, with a gas grill and seating, and central access to all the local attractions, wildlife viewing, hiking, canoeing, shopping, exploring, rock climbing, and horseback riding.
Leatherwood House layout includes two floors with two bedrooms perched on the second floor, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twins. The master suite is secluded from the rest of the living space on the first floor and looks out onto the deck. Sleeping space is also included in plush couches that pull out in the living room. A pack n play is provided for babies and an extra mattress for children when needed.
Gleaming hardwood floors and ceramic tile complete the rustic quality while central air and heat are anything but backwoods. Two full bathrooms, one with a claw foot tub and the other, with a nice sized shower, make for convenience during your stay. Our kitchen has all the dishes and cookware you will need with an electric range and oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, regular coffee maker, k-cup coffee maker, and other small appliances. If there is anything you have forgotten or need to prepare your meals just call over to the office, we probably have it!
For your enjoyment, there is a room in an alcove off the living room with board games and puzzles. In the living room, you will find a Smart TV and a DVD/VCR combo with a library of movies for your viewing pleasure. Local phone service is available free of charge. A calling card is required for all calls outside the Jasper area. Free WI-FI and wifi calling are available.
We consider pets people and charge for them, so please add them as a guest when filling out your reservation, not as a pet.You will be responsible for any damage, and we require a credit card number when you check in to cover anything that happens. We provide special towels and sheets for your pets, located above the washer/dryer. So if you have a pet, when you enter the number of people, include your pet as a person.
The house will be open and ready for you, go on in and make yourself at home. Any information you need is found on the fridge.
