Beautiful 3 bedroom Condo beachfront corner unit in private exclusive community of Nuevo Vallarta Riviera Nayarit.

Wonderful vacation home. Perfect for families, couples and individuals who want their own private bedrooms. Large living and dining room for entertaining large groups. Spacious terrace overlooking the ocean with view of sunset. Completely equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher and all appliances. Complex has two large Palapa areas on each side of the main pool and includes barbeque areas, sink, refrigerator.

Wonderful location

This was our 2nd stay in a Playa Royale condo and it did not disappoint. Everyone who works at the complex is super helpful and the accommodations were lovely! After staying at the Marina Villas for well over 15 years, nothing beats having the beach right outside your door like at playa royale.

Very spacious, comfortable property for 6 adults. Nicely appointed with all needed amenities. Very comfortable beds. Good communication with owner and helpful staff on property. Really enjoyed the area and proximity to several restaurants. Everyone in our group would be happy to return.

Great condo, first class property

The condo was very nice, exactly as advertised and very well equipped. Great location in a first class development. This is definitely a place we would go back to. Laura the host was very accommodating with all requests. We had a flight cancelled last minute and Laura was very helpful with the changes we needed to make very quickly.

exactly as advertised

This is not a brand new development but it is all, unit and resort in excellent condition. We had an issue with the air conditioner on the first day, but the owners responded very quickly and it was repaired and worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. We would recommend it for anyone, but particularly families. Good restaurants near by, great staff at the resort, and a shuttle to the golf course (lots of water, bring extra balls).

Thoroughly enjoyed Playa Royale - friendly, helpful staff. Condo owner very solicitous and provided clear explanation about condo, beach club and services at Playa and in area. Especially appreciated a back up coffee maker since original one had dispensing issue. Only Condo well appointed and comfortable. Loved having cleaning service halfway through month long stay. Only disappointment was that iron had a broken switch and one guest brought all clothes in space bags. Humidity made this no big issue. Would stay here again.

We like the facility, amenities, and location

We stayed at this complex before and like the amenities, particularly if you have kids. There is a large pool for toddlers and half of the main pool is less than a meter deep so it's great for older kids.The condo is large and furnished nicely, however, my wife and I had to spend about 3 hours cleaning and washing dishes before cooking. Like many rentals with a kitchen, the utensils are basic, but some still had food on them that were not washed off from previous guest. We also had to clean the bath tub before it could be used. That was disappointing considering how much we paid for a 7 night rental. I emailed the owner and never even received the courtesy of a reply. The staff are nice and helpful and the grounds are well maintained. We will stay in this complex again, but probably not this specific unit.
