Just 4 miles from Disney and close to Universal, SeaWorld, and top water parks, this villa is perfectly situated for an unforgettable Florida vacation. Comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests, it offers spacious living areas, modern décor, and a thoughtful layout designed for families and large groups.

Inside, the villa features 4 kids-themed bedrooms, TVs in every bedroom, free WiFi, and custom-designed interiors. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast island, complemented by a formal dining area for shared meals. Step outside to your private screened pool and spillover spa, complete with sun loungers, outdoor seating, a dining table, and a child safety fence. Pool heat is available for an additional $35/day plus tax.

Entertainment is endless with a games room featuring a foosball table, pool table, air hockey, mini arcade, and 2 TVs. Laundry is convenient with a full-size washer, dryer, and ironing essentials. • POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Great vacation

We had a great family vacation! The house had a bit wear and tear which is to be expected but overall a great and clean house. There was plenty of room for all. Would definetly stay again.

House was decent. Was excited upon walking in. Here’s what you should know if you plan to stay there. The management communication was horrible. I had to call them each day if our stay. They finally came to fix the things we asked the day before we left. The wi fi internet was super spotty and all the TVs run off of it. I couldn’t work from my laptop and my son couldn’t use his PlayStation that we brought from home to use in the game room. Even our own Verizon on our phones sucked in the house. The sliding glass door was broken and would come off the track and we had to leave it open two nights while there. Not safe. They came to fix it two days before we left but it broke again later that night. Super frustrating. There was no cookie sheets to bake cookies, no whisk, no mixer, no Tupperware- so if you’re planning to cook there know that. We were putting our leftovers in ziplock bags. The ice maker makes like one cup of ice per day so you’ll need to buy a couple bags and keep them in the freezer. I knew I would had to buy things like hand soap for the bathrooms, dish soap, sink scrub brush, dishwasher detergent, salt and pepper, coffee filters, paper towels tp, trash bags but MAN, I hats a lot. It would be nice ti at least have salt and pepper, more than one dishwasher detergent pack for a week stay, and coffee filters. I would say if I were to stay at storey lake again I would choose a house owned by an actual person and not a management company.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 11 which included adults and 2 teens. We did encounter a couple of issues which included lights not working in 2 rooms and the main problem was the pool. I paid for the pool to be heated and after repeated calls I was aable to useable to it

While the home was clean and the beds comfortable, it was clearly managed by a corporate rental company rather than a caring owner. Everything felt generic and bare-minimum—from the sparse furnishings to the lack of basic household items.There was no hand soap, just one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no washcloths or bath mats, and fewer towels than beds. The kitchen lacked essentials and even simple staples like salt, pepper, or coffee filters. It felt like an empty house furnished only for photos, not guests—no extra blankets, no cozy touches.Adding to the frustration, on the morning of check-in, we received a long list of supplies we were expected to bring ourselves: napkins, paper towels, detergents, cleaning products, toiletries, and pool towels. After flying in, we spent our first day shopping for basics and bought five bottles of hand soap just to wash our hands. Checkout required us to run the dishwasher and take out trash, but no detergent or bags were provided—we had to buy and leave our own.There were no instructions or information in the home—no Wi-Fi details, no gate code for the gated community, and no guidance on neighborhood amenities or even trash pickup.The “game room” was also a letdown: the arcade machine didn’t work, pool cues were broken and taped together, and the equipment was poorly maintained.Storey Lake is a nice locations with many rentals, but this property offers nothing special. Choose another operated by someone who cares.

Nice place

Pros Spacious home, loved the rooms and decorations. The home is located close to shopping centers. Cons The patio door jumps off track and jams up whenever you open or close the door. Watch out for the glass dining room table. The glass top isn't secured on the table nor does it have a type of rubber underneath the glass to absorb vibration and it will explode just like it has with us. Call the office about the situation nothing was done.
