Thank you Stacey, so glad you enjoyed your stay at Taigh Nam Broc.
The house is great and in a good location with lovely views. Unfortunately, there were issues with double booking and I felt that our significant flexibility to accommodate all parties was not appropriately appreciated. On top of that, ensuring that we were not overcharged involved too much work with VRBO customer service.

Thanks Charles, We really went out of our way to resolve the issues to accommodate you including allowing a 1 night booking that doesn't cover the cleaning costs. We really value your custom and this unusual change request involved significant interphasing with VRBO.
We had a great week in Craobh Haven, a peaceful retreat with wonderful activities in the area. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and want, rain or shine.

Thank you for your kind feedback Denver, we are so pleased that you were finally able to enjoy this little spot of heaven.
Excellent large home located in very quiet coastal village. Local eateries don’t appear to be open. Closest grocery is 30 minutes away in Oban. House is well equipped and the area is quiet and peaceful.
We appreciated the stay in the wonderful cottage very much. Everything was perfectly clean and we found ourselves in a very comfortable accommodation. The surrounding and the view over the haven and the sea is stunning. Thanks to the kind instructions of Gillian’s - we found everything quite easily.
We really enjoyed our stay. To make things even better May I suggest new fluffier towels, cotton bed covers and adjustable heating controls in the house.

Thanks Maria I'm sorry to hear you were too hot I wish you had let us know and we could have looked into this and there are individual room controls in every room. All our duvet covers are cotton and we will definitely replace towels as you suggest.
We had a great time. Its a huge house, perfect for large families or several families. Large balcony w a great view over the bay. Enough space to eat together and enjoy the chimney fire in the living room. The table tennis is a big plus.
Thanks for the stay!
The property is large and spacious and has a view we didn’t want to leave behind! Some great local trips including the ferry over to Mull and the sea safari trip completed our break. Thanks for your help Gillian, your house is lovely!

Thank you so much for your feedback Gareth, so pleased you had a great holiday.
A wonderful place, magical views. The place was clean, well stocked, and we loved every minute of it. We could seriously spend the entire day outside on the balcony - and we did. The weather was magnificent. It seems like the area has its own weather ecosystem - a bit warmer than the rest of the surrounding area. 🙂 truly a great family friendly place!
We loved our stay- the house has amazing views over the marina, across to Mull and to Jura. It’s our 4th visit to the area and this was definitely the nicest house we have stayed in.
It’s very spacious, relaxing, modern, well equipped, comfortable and clean.
Did I mention the views?
Very hard to leave.

About the host
Hosted by Gillian Fleming
Growing up on the West Coast of Scotland this is where my heart lies with the beautiful scenery and mild weather. There is so much to do around the local area for all ages or just simply relax and enjoy the tranquility and watch the everchanging views.
Why they chose this property
We have been coming to Craobh Haven to spend Easter for more than a decade and fell in love with the views of a neighbouring property before this one was built. As soon as we stepped inside Taigh Nam Broc the relaxation is instantaneous with those views.
What makes this property unique
Large modern and spacious there is a feeling of switching off to enjoy the tranquillity and watching the amazing changing views is mesmerising. Nature is all around with walks and boat trips from the doorstep and an excellent local pub less than 10 minutes walk. Unlimited ultra fast broadband means all the family can have connectivity or choose to switch off and enjoy this magical place.
Perfect for those looking for space with 2 en suite bathrooms and two living areas in addition to the large lounge, kitchen and dining hall.
With underfloor heating and a wood buring stove downstairs and radiators upstairs the house is cosy and warm to relax and watch the boats coming in and out of the Marina and accross to the corrievreykan whirlpools.
