Views of South Cove. 1.8 miles to Town Beach (beach parking pass provided). 3 floors of living space. Backyard use for entertaining or soaking up the sun. My husband and I live in Connecticut with our three children. We love being at the beach and making memories at Cottage Cove. When we are in Old Saybrook you will find us biking around town or spending the whole day at the beach. We love having friends and family visit and will one day retire in Old Saybrook.
Why they chose this property
This location is the best of both worlds. It is between town and the beaches. We ride our bikes to the beach in the morning and walk to dinner at night.
What makes this property unique
This property has 3 floors making it an excellent spot for multiple families or families who like their own space every once and a while. It sleeps 12 people comfortably with a big entertaining space between the kitchen and living room.
