Beautiful views of Harvey Beach, a comfortable outdoor area to relax and spend time with your family, two private beaches with a harbor that has panoramic views of Long Island Sound less than a 2-minute walk away!

Important - House is Fema Certified, so the living area is on the upper level. There is not ground-level living space, and there is an exterior staircase.

Our love for the Ct shoreline is why we chose Old Saybrook. It's central to everything! The beaches, amazing restaurants, shopping, outlets, attractions, and casinos are all within a reasonable distance.
Why they chose this property
Indian Town is a beautiful community of kind people who are always smiling and wave as they stroll by. The two beaches are well maintained, and during low tide opens to an unforgettable playground. We were sold the moment we turned the corner and saw this beautiful home open and airy, located on the green, with views and cozy seating, great parking, and dining areas outside. We love to spend time with our family and this has been the perfect place to do so.
What makes this property unique
Less than a 2-minute walk to a private beach and playground, Harvey Beach ( Our Favorite ) is visible and can be accessed easily. This is a beautiful neighborhood for a run, walk, biking etc... The outside lower-level patio is our favorite place to be.
