Located 5 minutes from Lake Annecy, Le Birdie welcomes you to enjoy its exceptional setting.
Next to the famous golf course of Giez (driving range, 9 holes, 18 holes), come and relax in this charming place, whose calm is only equaled by its beauty. Ideal for a family holiday, the Le Birdie residence is also equipped with an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), an indoor swimming pool (all year round) and a tennis court.

Enjoy mountain hikes, nearby ski resorts and Lake Annecy.
Discover a charming apartment, with a large balcony overlooking the mountains.
Ideal for 6 people, it consists of three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), and a large living/living room.
Television, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and WIFI. Pets are not allowed.

The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with elevator.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Super emplacement, au calme, belle vue. Pas de clim et un velux pour ceux que ça gêne... 2 grandes chambres et une très petite. Petite cuisine mais bien équipée, très grand salon. Parking pratique et petite piscine intérieure + une un peu plus grande à l'extérieur avec transat et parasol. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci.

Great stay

Had a lovely stay here with my boys for a week Nice location outside of the busy Annecy area, but close to the 'activities' such as parapenting and canyoning ... Accomodation was spacious and great having a large bath and shower available. Pool area is also a great added feature and the pool is warm ! Only negative would be the wi fi in the apartment which was incredibly slow but othwerwise would absolutely recommend ..

Sejour très agréable. De nombreux jeux de societe dans l'appartement pour nos enfants. Jeux également pour les petits. Tout confort pour mon bébé. Nous avons pu également faire une fondue, une raclette, des croques monsieur .... avec les appareils à disposition. Au cœur d'un Village de montagne très typique et historique. Jolies ballades dans la forêt. Endroit calme, vu sur la montagne et sur la piscine, le tennis et le golf. À 5 minutes du lac et de la réserve naturelle en voiture.

Situation idéale

Outre la situation idéale de l'appartement face aux montage et la piscine de la résidence, nous avons été trompés par un descriptif erroné qui nous a gâché nos nuits principalement. Le descriptif fait part de 3 chambres en fait il n'y en a que 2 et la 3eme (celle avec les 2 lits) est une pièce aveugle sans fenêtre et donnant directement sur le salon sans intimité. Il y a certes un rideau et une porte coulissante mais si on la ferme autant dire qu'on a le sentiment d'être enfermés dans un tombeau. J'attends un geste commercial de la part de la conciergerie autre que "désolé c'est une erreur de descriptif " qui n'est d'ailleurs toujours pas changé sur l'annonce. Sans quoi Annecy et ses environs sont magnifiques !!

Tres bonnes prestations - idéalement placé

Belle résidence au pied d'un petit village historique. Proche du lac (de l'autre coté d'Annecy) le village à proximité (le bout du lac) offre une grande plage disposant de diverses activités nautiques. notre appartement offrait une superbe vue via la grande terrasse. accueil tres chaleureux de la part d'Aurélien. appartement pratique offrant tout le confort.
