Un appartement décevant
La vue et l’emplacement sont exceptionnels et ne souffrent aucune critique.
En revanche, l’immeuble est assez ancien et l’appartement l’est tout autant.
Malgré de grands espaces, l’appartement reste décevant : rideau de douche qui se colle à vous, pas de mitigeur, mobilier et électroménager qu’on hésite à utiliser de peur de les casser (surtout le lave vaisselle, j’ai préféré faire la vaisselle à la maison). Une odeur désagréable est également présente (semble venir des canalisations).
La literie dans la chambre est bonne et confortable. En revanche le Bz dans le salon ne convient qu’aux enfants et encore, des petits. Prévoir une couette pour le couchage du salon.
Bref un appartement décevant malheureusement.
